If you are looking for a seasonal or holiday rental, you have come to the right place. Located between Nice and Monaco, on the French Riviera, Beaulieu-sur-Mer forms the 'golden triangle' with St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche-sur-Mer, both within easy walking distance along a wonderful coastal walk.
Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a delightful small town with its daily fruit, vegetable and fish market and larger Saturday crafts market. There are two local beaches, mostly public but with some private concessions offering food, etc. Bars and restaurants are plentiful in the town centre as well as along the leisure port. On the practical side there is an excellent supermarket plus fabulous delicatessens, bakeries and pastry shops.
The municipality ensures an active programme of events with a significant emphasis on music.
Public transport is reliable, frequent and cheap. Nice to the west or Monaco to the east are 15 minutes away by train. And Italy (Ventimiglia, just across the border) is only a few stops further.

About the owner: My husband and I are a fit older couple. He is British and I am American born, of Italian parents. We have owned a property in this part of the world for over 20 years. Once retired, we moved here permanently from London, England and have never regretted it!
Why the Owner Chose Beaulieu-Sur-Mer: The villa is beautiful and was lovingly renovated some 7 years ago. We are only moments from the centre of Beaulieu yet standing on our balconies, facing the sea, we have an open, high and fabulous view of the coast from Eze to Cap Ferrat. On starry summer nights, with firework displays in St Jean or from one of the yachts in the bay and music wafting from the 'Jardin des Oliviers', just beneath us, it's pure magic.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: Quiet, yet virtually in the heart of town, our apartment will enchant you and feel like a home you will want to return to again and again: most of our tenants do! Fine shops, bars and restaurants are moments away. The weather is very special, cooler in the winter but sunny by default so even in January or Februry at midday it can feel like June. Always spectacular, come in full summer if you enjoy the buzz, or out of season for a quieter holiday.
