THE TRANQUIL CHARMER (LA TRANQUILLITÉ) - charming, bright, spacious, totally renovated, deluxe garden apartment in a typical 1920s duplex. The pale yellow walls and beautiful hardwood floors throughout combine to create a warm and very tranquil feeling.
Spacious, open-concept living area with large window with a view of the garden. Access to the garden with its lovely large tree, loads of flowers, charming swing, patio, bbq, etc. 2 bedrooms. And a new bathroom in 1920's Art Deco style with an extra long, "great to stretch out in" tub.
