We had a great time at Steamboat! The loft was clean and comfortable. I took my 2 sons and their friend for an all-boys ski vacation, so there were 4 of us in the condo. There are only 3 beds - one King waterbed, and two fold-outs, so the owner put an extra mattress on the floor by the King bed (in the loft part) so each of us could have our own bed. A bit cramped, maybe, but it worked for an all-guys vacation. There were no complaints from the college-age men, and I was happy in the King bed. The kitchen was small, but functional and well-furnished. This loft would work well for a couple, or a small family. We were at the limit with 4 adult men. The slopes were a short walk (3 or 4 minutes, even with ski boots) from the condo. The loft is on the second floor, so there is only one flight of stairs to ground level. The access to the ski slopes is not ski-in ski-out, but it is convenient and close, and the walk is horizontal, meaning there are not a lot of steps to negotiate. After a long day of skiing, we would ski to the T-bar and have a pitcher of beer. This "For Locals By Locals" drinking establishment is lively when the lifts close. We would just click off our skis and have a beer. When we were done, we would walk the approximately 150 yards to the condo. A perfect way to end a great ski day! I love the town of Steamboat, and the ski mountain just can't be beat. We have been several times, and we will certainly return. I would recommend this loft for a small, intimate group, as I mentioned above. We flew to Denver and rented a car, so we drove to Ski Time Square. There is plenty of parking, and we had access to a garage that was very convenient. Groceries, Restaurants, and Downtown are all just a short drive (or walk) away, and you can also ride the free shuttle. (We never did, because we had a car. I've done so before, and it works great.) Ski Time Square is conveniently located, and you can't go wrong on picking Steamboat Springs as your vacation destination! The condo owner is gracious and helpful, and we didn't have any problems. Awesome week of skiing!! Steamboat really does have the best powder! Perfect location at Ski Time Square, highly recommend this rental!! 1st time experience with renting on-line, turned out perfect!! Owner was a delight to rent from. Thanks Bob!

A very convenient condo with a great new bed! Loved the gas fireplace and that was all we needed. Walked to everything. By the 4th day of hard skiing, the stairs to the loft bedroom were a little difficult, but we're getting older!

This condo is extremely convenient on many differnet levels. Very comfy and cozy, esy walk to the slopes then ski to the gondola, close to the Tugboat and Slopeslide Grill (best fries EVER),easy access to free bus to town, awesome hot tub indoors or out (recommend the outdoor tub). Steamboat is on the way to another record year of snowfall. You dont' want to miss it. Owner was helpful with ski rentals who in turn was helpful with grocery delivery service. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of supplies at hand. Condo is close to elevator and ski lockers, a plus at the end of the day. Awesome 5 CD player so bring your music, and relax in front of GAS fireplace!!!! Thanks much Robert. Talk to ya next year.

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at this perfectly located condo. The owners were outstanding, friendly, organized, and extremely accommodating. The condo is a perfect size and literally right at Christie Base. I parked my car the whole weekend and never moved it because the shops, mountain, and restaurants/pubs were less than a 2 minute walk. I am already making plans to stay next season. Don't miss out on this great place.

What a great place to stay, I was impressed with how easy of a walk and how close the condo is to the slopes. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The condo is well stocked with cook ware. The crock pot was great for when we were done skiing. Once we parked the car, there was no need to drive anywhere. Everything is close by. Rentals, shops and resturants. The Boyces were very informative and easy to work with. I will plan to rent this place again. Doug

We had a wonderful last minute trip up to Steamboat. The condo was perfect for making sking, dining, and enjoying the town without ever using your car. This is a great place to stay with an amazing location and a great price. The owners also make sure to go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be!!! We will definately be staying in this cute and cozy place again!

My daughter and I stayed at this property over the MLK holiday Jan 08. The location could not have been better and the property very nice. This condo is a very comfy spot. The property itself is located just a short walk from the main transportation center and gondola area of the resort. We enjoyed this great location for restaurants and shopping or even going via transit (free from the town) without any headaches of the central traffic bus areas. We easily ventured through out the resort from our spot. I enjoyed working with the Boyce family on all the details of the trip. We enjoyed our hot chocolate in front of the gas stove. Steamboat as a resort was fabulous and I would stay at this property again. This property was close enough that we came in for a relaxing lunch and then returned to the slopes. I did not take a car and none was needed. Enjoy

Great location. Just minutes from the slopes. As close to ski-in ski-out as you will get without being on the mountain. Very nice clean living space plenty of room. Owner very co-operative easy to work with. Would stay here again without question.
