Grand Timber Lodge is a premier resort in the mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado.
This 'select' unit is on the top (3rd) floor, close to the elevator, vaulted ceiling in the living room with a balcony with majestic, panoramic views of both the mountains and the town of Breck! Ideal for both couples, and families! Spacious layout with more square footage than most other Grand Timber 2-bedroom adjoining units. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in both units, washer/dryer, double rooms in master bath (one room with a double shower and the other with a large Jacuzzi tub for two). Gas fireplace on with the flick of a switch. Second bedroom is a large studio with separate entrance or use the adjoining doors, it has a mini-kitchen, and its own full bath and closet. Heated garage with individual lockers for ski/board storage. Reasonable ski and board equipment rental/repair available at Christy's on-site.
Grand Timber Lodge is luxurious and family friendly. Tucked between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort, Grand Timber Lodge offers true ski-in and ski-out convenience for skiers of all abilities. Ski down to the Snowflake Lift which takes you to Peak 8 and easy access to Peaks 9 and 10. Ski in from 4 o'clock to Christy's (on site). Ski school located on Peak 8 and Peak 9. Grand Timber a short drive to other popular ski areas: Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapaho Basin as well as to excellent Nordic Centers for cross-country skiing. Journey two miles to Breckenridge’s Recreation Center for ice skating. The concierge service can help make arrangements for Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, and other great winter adventures. Grand Timber offers free shuttle service to anywhere in town or to other major ski lifts within the Breckenridge Ski complex. Grand Timber has large heated swimming pools and hot tubs including an indoor pool and hot tub.

About the owner: Hi from Chuck and Donna! We live in Louisville, Kentucky, but are both from upstate New York outside of Buffalo (can't get enough snow!) We have skied all over the world, and looked at a lot of options before we decided this was the place we wanted to be. We're confident you'll love our little slice of heaven!

Breckenridge is a great place to spend Christmas with the family. We are empty nester's, so our kids are out of school, so we want to make this available to someone who wants a great ski vacation during Christmas week. It is ideal for ski in/out convenience with all the amenities.

We selected this specific unit (835) before the building was built and confirmed the location, view and layout while it was under construction. We have stayed in many units at Grand Timber and this is for sure the best with its unobstructed view of the mountains and town, great layout, comforts and conveniences.
