  We were extremely pleased with this condo. The location is great & it was very easy to find. The description of the condo was spot on. The photo's were exactly as you see them. The view does not disappoint. It was extraordinarily clean, and the bed linens were so very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and many other things you might possibly need. (Beach towels & accessories too) It gets a great cross breeze for the Hawaiian "air-conditioning". The owners had an information book that we found very helpful. They were also very easy to work with when arranging our vacation. We would highly recommend this condo to any of our friends & family. Staying here was a delight & made our 1st trip to Hawaii a wonderful experience.

  I'm not even sure where to start. I guess I'll start with if you're reading this and trying to decide if THIS is where you want to stay for your vacation, stop right now. Stop and book this gorgeous condo because THIS IS, hands down, no question about it, THE place you want to go. My husband I and returned from 10 gorgeous nights and 11 incredible days at this condo. We arrived on Monday, after dark, and could not see much. I woke up Tuesday morning at about 5 am (due to the time difference, not because I'm an early riser) and watched an amazing show unfold before my eyes. I sat on the lanai and watched the colors appear. As the sun came up the shades of blue in the water intensified, Molokai greeted me with a gorgeous view across the water, lush green palm trees blew gently in the wind, and right then and there...I knew we'd be coming back. Seriously...you will not want to leave and your next trip will contantly be on your mind as you fall in love with all that Maui has to offer. I could tell you details of each of our 11 wonderful days, but I only have space for so many words, so let me just say, don't worry...if you've never been to Maui and aren't sure where to go or what to do...do NOT worry. Not only have the owners provided you with a gorgeous condo to bask in the beauty of Maui, but they have a great book with wonderful suggestions on things to do, places to visit, and wonderful places to eat. If you did nothing but things suggested in their book you would have a vacation of a life time. But, maybe you want to venture out. There is plenty of adventure to be found! Hubs and I did a zipline adventure on Mother's Day...AWESOME and so much fun, and that's saying a lot, coming from this height hating gal! We took a smaller snorkel excursion to some great spots on the coast of Lanai. It was incredible and awesome. So, if you're unsure or uncomfortable about doing things that are new, stick to what's in their book. GREAT suggestions. Want to venture out? Try something new...you might be surprised! The M/W/F Farmer's Mkt down the street is wonderful. The location of the condo and the market will make you feel like a local! Grab some fresh fruit and have a great breakfast on the lanai! Aloha Mixed Plate is fun, beautiful, and has great food! Try the fish tacos across the street from the condo and don't forget about the fish market. Awesome food! Book it...you won't be sorry...you'll just be another person, newly in love with Maui!

  We just returned home from an amazing week at Paki Maui. The first thing that you notice when you walk in the front door is the ocean. The living room lanai looks out on the ocean where we immediately saw whales. There is also a lanai out the master bedroom; a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning. The condo is very comfortable with two bedrooms and two full baths. Everything we needed was provided, including beach towels, pantry products, beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The location couldn't have been better. There is a farmers market three days a week across the street and a very good fish market which we visited almost every day for fresh fish. There is also a great coffee shop across the street and water/bike rental shop. We also shopped at Binkys (also across the street) for some unique jewelry. Visit The Gazebo for a wonderful oceanside breakfast place. They are known for their macadamia nut pancakes and coconut syrup. They close at 2pm, and if you get there early in the morning you may have a wait. We went about 1pm and had no wait. We were able to snorkel right out front of our condo when the tide was out. We swam with three giant green turtles. That was amazing. We also snorkeled almost every day at different beaches. There isn't a shortage of places for that. You won't be disappointed by this place. The owners are very accomodating and respond almost immediately with any questions. We are already talking about coming back next year. Can't wait!

  To be honest, we were a little hesitant because of the lack of beach but now we are convinced that this property couldn't be better. The grass and lounge chairs are perfect for relaxing and reading and the easy access to all the wonders the sparkling water has to offer is fantastic. Although we took a snorkeling excursion to Molikini, we were equally delighted by all the amazing marine life we got to see every morning just steps from our door. Inside space was clean and open, ample for two adult couples with everything we required. The lack of air conditioning was fine with the ceiling fans and the beds were very comfortable. Nice touches like Hawaiian themed novels, guidebooks and movies were very much appreciated. The nearby amenities like the Fish Market, Mexican take-away, health food store, farmers market and ABC store meant that there was everything we could possibly want, close at hand, and we could truly relax and enjoy ourselves. We understand this unit is new to the VRBO offerings and we highly recommend it and wish the owners many happy and returning visitors. Mahalo!

  WOW! This condo was just perfect. The view was breath taking, and the location was perfect. We watched the whales all day long, and some spinner dolphins, turtles, not to mention the rainbows. The owners were great to work with and the condo was well stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could need. As well as beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The farmers market was right across the street on Mon. Wed. and Fri. with fresh coconuts they cut open for you, and sugar cane :) ABC store very close, and great taco stand Ono taco's. I can't say enough about how perfect our vacation was. You will LOVE this condo. Have fun!!!! Mahalo

Rates subject to change until confirmed. Exit cleaning $195. Hawaii TAT & GE taxes 13.42%. Refundable damage dep. $150. and non-refundable insurance policy $49. NOTE: Stays of 14 days+ owner covers one interim cleaning ($115.value). Owner covers reservation and US credit card fees. (international 1% fee not covered) Charge for lost beach towels.

Cancellation policy:

Rent Payment: 50% of rent agreement due to secure reservation and remainder due 30 days prior to check-in. The $300. damage deposit will be refunded after check-out if not needed. Cancellation policy: *90+ days prior to arrival refund deposit minus $250. cancellation fee. *30-89 days 50% refund of initial deposit / if unit is re-booked you would be given the remainder minus $250. cancellation fee *less than 30 days receive only damage deposit unless unit is re-booked/ if re-booked you would receive your rent minus $250. re-booking fee
