Cottage recently remodeled and updated, is nestled in the hillside overlooking the majestic Atlantic Ocean. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular from the wrap around patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail under the stars that appear close enough to touch. The stars point a clear path to our Milky Way Galaxy, a sight very seldom seen. The property is meticulously maintained with over 80 coconut trees, and other tropical plants. Secluded pristine beaches are within walking distance as well as complimentary tennis access for guests. 22' Oday Sailboat available for excursions upon request.
Bree-Zee is perfect for families, photographs and a lifetime of memories. For those looking for a romantic escape, Eleuthera is your island as privacy is easily obtained either on the front deck of the house or on the miles of empty pink sand beaches.
Bree-Zee is 1100 sq ft under roof and another 1000 sq ft of patio space. Walkways surround the house and includes an outdoor grilling area. Living area has an open floor plan with commercial grade wood laminate flooring for an easy feel on the feet as well as a newly remodeled modern kitchen featuring electric stove, overhead microwave, and full size refrigerator with ice maker. Well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, professional blender for your favorite mixed drinks, and ample counter top space. Built in table was hand made by my father in the early 70's by using local coral rock. Main area of house has several sitting areas and places to relax and enjoy the quiet moments that the island has to offer. Vaulted ceilings, along with eight ceiling fans, ensure that the cool tropical breezes are enjoyed throughout the home and for those warmer summer months, bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom suites are at opposites ends of the house, providing privacy if you are sharing the home with another couple. Queen size beds are in each room, with plenty of closet space. Each suite has it's own newly remodeled bathroom, all linens provided.

About the owner: Originally from Massachusetts - currently live in Ocala, Florida with my wife, Anne, and our two grown sons, Jared and Marshall.
Why the Owner Chose Rainbow Bay:
Our family has had the unique privilege of calling Eleuthera our second home for over 40 years. During that time we have grown to love everything the island has to offer. Bree-Zee Coconut Tree was originally built by my parents in 1976, lovingly remodeled in 2010 by my wife and I. From the beginning our Bahamian friends welcomed us and treated us like family. As a young boy I spent countless hours roaming the beaches with my Dad looking for lost treasure. My wife and I have vacationed here with our children since the early 70's. Through the years we have seen the island go through many changes but never losing it's magical charm. Rainbow Bay is centrally located and within driving range of many local sights. Exploring the island with our children was always fun, whether we were traveling to the southern most furthest tip to visit Light House Beach or traveling north to Preachers Cave. My love of the ocean, which my Dad shared with me, has lead to countless hours of diving, fishing and boating with my sons. Currently, with our children grown and out of the house, my wife and I are enjoying our time traveling to the island as much as possible.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Uninterrupted quality time with family. Bonfires on the beach, beach combing, tranquility, peace, and quiet. Smell of fresh baked Bahamian bread. Sweet taste of Gregory Town pineapples.
