Condo has professional design/décor in a beautiful setting including a foyer, eat-in kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, brand new stainless-steel appliances, washer & dryer, dining/ living room area with 55' LED TV, den area, large master suite with 32' tv, spacious guest bedroom, 2 full-size baths including an over-sized stall shower, up-scale fixtures, and soaking tub. The relaxing large screened-in terrace with panoramic views is one of many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. A refundable damage deposit of $750 is due with reservation. Rental fee is due and payable in full 6 weeks in advance of arrival. A $160 Membership transfer fee allows full country club access for a couple - including 27 holes of golf (cart fees apply), tennis and clubhouse and fitness facility access. Rent includes all utilities - water, sewer,electricity, trash pick-up, HDTV cable television, telephone and high-speed wireless internet, as well as reserved, covered outdoor parking.
River strand is located near the NY Yankee, Baltimore Oriole and Pittsburgh Pirates spring training facilities, most major theme parks, world renowned beaches, and terrific outlet shopping.
The Tampa, St.Pete's and Sarasota airports are all within 20-45 minutes. Conveniently located near the intersection of the i-75 and state road 64, minutes away from spectacular gulf beaches.

The condo was decorated very nicely. They had everything you would need from linens to cookware and dishes. We faced the tee so we could watch golfers. The golfing was great and no problem to get tee times. The two pools in the community were both great.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children.

The condo exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are senior citizens. Our good friends, who were our guests for part of our January vacation, are also senior citizens. The men played golf and tennis, and the women went shopping. And, we all enjoyed the great restaurants, beaches, and boating that are all a short driving distance.from the condo. We sailed on Tampa Bay, and did a lot of sightseeing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. I would reccomend it to anyone who enjoys golf and/or tennis. The golf courses were all terrific, and the clay tennis courts were exceptioalRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
