If you are looking for an affordable place to stay and want to be close to all the action, Island Dunes 217 is the condo for you. Lovely efficiency condo located on Cotton Bayou and directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. Cotton's Restaurant is within walking distance and has some great food for you to enjoy. Unit 217 will sleep up to 4 people and has a full size bed along with a sleeper sofa available. It is roomy enough to enjoy a trip to the beach or go on a fishing trip with the family. Right on the bay, Island Dunes has a nice fishing pier along with 1st come 1st serve boat slips. The Cotton Bayou boat launch is is right next door for you to store your trailer then dock your boat at Island Dunes for the rest of your stay. By boat, it is easy access to the gulf as the Perdido Pass is only 1 mile from Island Dunes and this is where all the boats go in and out from the bay to the gulf. There is also great fishing on the back bay islands through Ono Island and Bear Point. So don't delay any longer and come enjoy a trip to the beach with some money still in your pocket.
This roomy condo has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs along with a nice dining table that will seat 4 comfortably. Cozy couch and love seat to relax & unwind. Linens & towels will also be provided throughout your stay along with a nice starter kit of toilet tissue, trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, toothpaste, a mini toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion.
Relax out on the private balcony and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico or views of Cotton Bayou. Downstairs, the Island Dunes complex has a grassy area for the kids to explore and play. 2 BBQ stations available near the large gazebo with picnic tables & a nice sundeck is right next to the fishing pier, boat slips, and bay side pool. The fishing pier has 13 boat slips so there is always plenty of room even though it is a 1st come 1st serve basis. Also included is a fish cleaning station with table, running water, and light. Beach able watercraft is also welcomed! Jet Skis, Small sailboats, kayaks, or Canoes
