A wonderful canal front vacation home located on a quiet, cul de sac street. Over 2800 Sq. Ft with 4 bed/ 3.5 baths offering an array of sleeping arrangements. The Master bedroom features King bed, TV & DVD Player, His & Her separate bathrooms and has a wall of slider doors which open up into the Lanai; it is located on other side of the home than the other bedrooms. There are two bedrooms ,each with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds, one of the 3.5 bathrooms is a half bath. The dining area is combined with the living room where comfortable couches and a large flat screen TV awai you. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, flowing nicely into the den. The kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar, which is a fantastic gathering space for a libation or tall tale before the serious eating begins! You will find everything thing you need from Steamers, to fryers & crockpots & George Foreman grills for those who cook.
A separate laundry room also has extra freezer and refrigerator in case you need it. Plenty of deck space & a big, private pool (especially great for family volleyball tournaments!), outdoor patio furniture and a large flat screen TV provide a super venue for enjoying the sun & weather. There are 2 kayaks, 4+ bikes provided with the home (located in the 2 car garage) and these are a healthy, fun way to explore marco Island. The fact that the Marco Library (comfortable & well equipped) and a Museum AND the Marco Island Recreational Park (which is a phenomenal recreation area offering paved walking trails around the lake, indoor pool/ping pong tables, basketball courts, fun playground, shuffleboard, bocce & much more; even has a 'canine park' for our furry friends - all are only a block away, making this vacation home a spot to enlighten your mind, body & soul!

About: We are a family of four from Almost Heaven West Virginia! We lived in many of the western states for years, then the Outer Banks of NC, then the mountains called us back to West Virginia. Because of the pristine quality of Marco as well as the excellent offshore fishing we sold our interests in North Carolina & bought this house.
Why Private Homes:
Why this house? Because our kids love the Marco park and we do too. There is absolutely no excuse not to enjoy the park & all it has to offer while one is so close to it.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house itself has a wonderful flow to all the rooms & The Den, living room, master & another bedroom all open up to the lanai which brings nature inside to you - wonderful at night; the extra large kitchen is roomy enough for everyone to hang out. There is an avocado and grapefruit tree on our property to enjoy.
