This is a first-floor unit with one of the best views in the Brooks. This condominium is in a very quiet area of Spring Run and has great western exposure to spectacular sunsets. The pool and hot tub and new friends are only a few hundred feet from your front door and lanai yet very quiet and peaceful.
The Brooks is a new, gated, country club community developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group. Spring Run at The Brooks, is a private, par 72, championship golf course. For a small membership transfer fee, you can golf FREE, paying only cart fees. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop. Practice facilities, which include an aquatic driving range (FREE) are open from 7AM until 5PM.
The fully tiled living area has an expansive glass opening onto a 14' by 10' foot tiled lanai with unbelievable views of the golf course and sunsets. The master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, and TV, also overlooks the rolling hills of the eighth fairway and greens. The second bedroom which is located in the front of the unit has a queen-size bed, a TV, and is adjacent to the second bath for complete privacy.
The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, 25-inch TV, VCR, DVD, and home theatre stereo. The dining room area has a dining room table and hutch and comfortably seats six people.
The community pool, hot tub, and gas grills are close to the unit as are the tennis courts and an exercise suite located at the Spring Run Country Club. You may also enjoy the larger Spring Run pool which is also very close to the condominium.
A $300 transfer fee provides you membership to the luxurious golf club, cart fees only. At Spring Run Golf Club you can enjoy an 18-hole, Gordon G. Lewis-designed, championship golf course, complete with global positioning satellite system. There is an aquatic driving range, putting green, chipping area, complete pro shop, heated pool, exercise room, and tennis facility that can fill your days with activities while a private restaurant and lounge make for relaxing evenings with friends.
The Brooks lavishly landscaped and well-maintained grounds allow for the perfect stroll or ride throughout the community's bicycle and walking paths. Neighborhood pools complete with hot tubs and barbecue grills are located on every street in addition to the clubhouse facility.
