Sheets and linens provided. Full bath with shower and tub. Towels for the beach and the home are included. Washer/Dryer inside unit and maid service available upon request for extra charge. Home is decorated like a beach cottage in lovely soft blues and white. All is included just bring your suitcase and unpack. Put your feet up on the balcony chairs and let the energy of the ocean relax you. You're on vacation from the moment you arrive. One car garage for easy parking. Being at the beach in San Clemente is the ulitimate location if you want to just relax and have fun at your fingertips. Walking trails or bike rentals, surfing, boggieboarding or stand up paddleboard rentals are just out the door! Adventuring out enjoy the San Diego Zoo or themeparks under an hour away - Sea World, DisneyLand, Legoland, Wild Animal Parks, are within an hour's drive. San Juan Capistrano Mission, museums, aquariums, for historical or educational points of view. And for a day trip go for a ride on the Amtrak - station is located within a short distance or a short walk on the trails. This home has a gorgeous kitchen for any style or level cook but eating out is easy too. Try Fisherman's at the pier for happy hour and sunset. About the owner: Owners Jeff and Danielle Whitton live close by and have always loved San Clemente. Growing up in Southern California both spent many hours in the San Clemente area and on the beach in front of their condo. It is a dream of theirs that they want to share.
Why the Owner Chose San Clemente:
This was a fluke. One night having dinner at the Fisherman they decided to walk up the hill and look around - they noticed a real estate sign up recently on the building and got curious - they called their real estate broker and one thing led to another.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This location is where they spent their family vacations. The view is breathtaking. The property was decorated like a tiki room when it was purchased but you would still have to love it in spite of the dated decor. It was a real diamond in the rough and a fun project making it shine.
