Our home is perfect for medium or small groups, with plenty of room for relaxing, playing board games or a friendly game of bumper pool or poker on the game table! This house is designed with peace and tranquility in mind with lots of space for family and friends. Centrally located nearby shopping, restaurant, grocery, and beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with 2 fire places, large living room and formal dinning area. It is a clean and quiet space perfect for reading, watching movies, simply relaxing, outdoor activities, sight seeing or just catch up on some sleep. Gentle steps to the inside main floor with large living room (w/sleeper sofa) and formal dinning, guest room with queen bed and sleeper sofa adjacent to half bath and large kitchen. This floor has a separate entry to the mud room and eat-in kitchen with a large island. Lower floor, has a master suite with a king size bed and large walk-in closet and deck. This floor also includes a guest room (deck access) with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 4), situated next to guest bath. House is loaded with charm, tastefully decorated, very comfortable for family and friends to get together on vacation or just to relax for weekend getaway. It has a total of 5 parking spaces for easy access to the main house. It is ideal for families to share and hang out as we hope to provide a space that is clean, beautiful, comfortable, and economical for family and friends to get away. We rented this cabin the weekend of February 22-24th and our stay happily exceeded our expectations. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children ranging in ages from 2-5yrs) and had plenty of room to sleep, play board games, watch movies and cook/eat without feeling cramped at all. We were even able to find a sledding area in back of the cabin. Of course, our children are small so they didn't need much of a slope to have a little sledding fun. The cabin is light and airy, but it still maintains that 'cabin' feel, which was a big plus in our book. The location is superb; driving (maybe even walking?) distance to the Village, yet it's tucked away in a woodsy area so you feel like you're away from it all. If there's snow, definitely take your chains. We didn't use ours but the roads near the cabin can get icy and I was glad we had ours just in case. The best thing about this cabin is how clean it is. I'm a neat freak and it really annoys me when I rent out a space and I find dust, dirty sheets, and spotty counter tops. This cabin had none of that! VERY clean, nice comfortable beds, and ample parking. We can't wait to return in the summer. Two amenities I would like to see next time would be a snow shovel in the winter (the regular size shovels we used to shovel the driveway weren't the easiest) and a BBQ for summer grilling on the deck. The cabin that my friend and I rented out for the weekend was phenomenal. We had a fantastic time with brand new entertainment system and the perfectly set up living room to go along with it. There was more than enough room to fit couple families comfortably and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that is needed. The owner was very nice over the phone and I would highly recommend this cabin as a vacation get-away to anyone as this is one of the best rentals I have stayed in!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay - the place offered plenty of space for our kids and grandkids to enjoy. No snow locally - but we headed over to Big Bear which is higher in elevation and had plenty of snow for them to enjoy. Thhe place could use a better coffee maker - but other than that we had a great time - very comfortable. Thank you.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a great time during our stay at Lake Arrowhead in Blair Chalet. The cabin was fantastic and perfectly suited for our family with kids. It was well equipped and there was nothing that we couldn't find what we needed. Thanks for letting us rent the cabin!!Recommended for: Families with young children.
