The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek is a new condo development at Granby Ranch, which offers skiing at 'Colorado's most family-friendly ski mountain' (formerly SolVista Basin), golf (Headwaters Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus), fine dining, a private river for fishing and miles of hiking and biking trails. Granby Ranch is just five minutes to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch and 30 minutes to Winter Park, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Our new two bedroom, two bathroom condo provides all the comforts and convenience of home including a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and in unit washer and dryer. We have high ceilings, double windows and a private, partially enclosed balcony with lovely views of the meadow and moutains. Park right outside or enjoy our detached garge.
After a day of adventure, relax in front of the gas fireplace, take a soak in the oversized bathtub or enjoy a drink under the stars in the hot tub. For dining out, choose from a variety of locally-owned restaurants. For dining in, we have a fully equipped kitchen and easy access to a grocery store just across the main road. For quick pick-ups, there's also a Starbucks, McD’s, Subway, Gas Station and Liquor store.

We had such a wonderful weekend here in Granby. The place is very clean and tastefully decorated. The place is perfect for a family with children. There are lots of board games provided by the owner in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked. I have to mention that I am especially impressed by the quality of the cookware. The garage is a HUGE plus (especially it was snowing hard)! The owner is fabulous and very easy to work with!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your condo! It was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Not would you would expect in a rental, so much more! Everything was as the listing explained. We had a great time during our annual New Years Eve stay in Granby Ranch. It should be mentioned that the unit is on the second floor and there aren't elevators.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We're from St. Louis, but Colorado is our Happy Place! My husband is a teacher and I am self-employed, so we've been fortunate to spend more and more of our summer in Colorado each year. We've been staying in vacation rentals for over eight years and we're thrilled to finally have one of our own to share.
Why the Owner Chose Granby Ranch (formerly SolVista):
We first stayed in Grand County by accident – all the rentals in Estes Park were booked. (Or too expensive!) We loved it and kept coming back every year after that. We chose to settle in Granby because it's in the middle of everything. We love Rocky Mountain National Park AND Winter Park AND the YMCA. Granby gives us the best of everything.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We chose our condo because it has the nicer finishing touches, but still feels like comfortable like a home, not cold like a hotel. We love the sunshine, the fireplace, the view from the deck and windows...the wide open meadow with a creek running through it, and the mountains in the background.
And more practically speaking–as a Mom–we love the grocery store, gas station, Subway and RedBox right across the main road, plus the YMCA (with kids camps) just 5 minutes away.
