This lovely ground level home has everything you could want in a vacation rental. Located on the prestigious northern end of the island, it is only a short 2 minute walk over to the gulf of Mexico beach. In addition, it sits on a canal surrounded by water on 2 sides- it has two separate docks to enjoy. The home is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street creating the ultimate in island privacy. Beautiful tropical landscaping abounds in all directs, including mangroves and native palm trees. The fishing off of these docks is outstanding.
The home is currently getting a brand new heated pool installed and has a screened porch off of the back to enjoy the joyful sounds of the wildlife. While there is plenty of tranquility, the location also offers convenience to the island activities. It is just right around the corner from all the fabulous shopping and activities of pine avenue and a short bike ride to the famous rod and reel pier.
The layout of the home is fantastic. It is a ranch style home with two rooms on one end of the house and the other two rooms on the other end of the house. There are 4 total bedrooms, two with king beds, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There also is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms have been renovated and there is plenty of closet space to boot.
The kitchen has all new cabinets and granite counters and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There are new flat screen TV's in each room as well as the living room. An x-box video game system is also provided. There is deck space on two sides and patio furniture is provided, along with a stainless steel BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. There also is a outdoor shower to wash off a bit after a day at the beach.

Minimum night stay varies depending on time of year and certain gap availability
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within 7 days of receipt of the reservation email. The final Balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival.

When Renting This home there is a $190 cleaning fee, A $65 admin fee, a $48 Damage Protction fee and tax of 11.5%
