This was the perfect condo for our party of 4. Everything was clean when we arrived, the kitchen had plenty of cooking materials, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We especially liked the heated garage to park the car and the locker to store ski gear. It was nice having the condo right at the top of the stairs so it was an easy process after skiing each day. The walk to lift was not too bad and we were fortunate enough to have perfect weather for our stay. The hot tubs and pool were only a brief walk away as well. Overall, we loved this condo!

This turns out to be a really nice little unit. Though nicely updated, its older style provides an uncommon amount of room in a two bedroom condo. The kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted. The beds are comfortable, and pool/hot tub facilities are exceptional. Easy to find, yet hidden away, access to the slopes 100 yards away. I have had longer access in many places called "ski in-ski out". There is a great little ski shop (back side/lower level of the Marriott) across the street (60 of the 100 yards to the lift). Nice folks there. All very convenient. Location has generous parking and easy access. A couple of blocks to downtown Breckenridge down by Maggies Pond. Reasonably priced, particularily considering the surprising, close-in, location. Park the car, and forget it. Good choice here!

The 2 bedroom unit is HUGE!! Plenty of room for our party of 4. Nice corner unit with patio and lots of sunshine streaming in multiple windows!. Clean and well maintained. Stocked with all necessary items for daily gourmet breakfast!! Love how close to lifts and to town this complex is. Very responsive owners-emailing back in timely manner for questions/concerns. Heated garage with ski storage is great. Can't wait to come back to this unit next year!! We completely enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was great! It was nearby to tons of shopping and restaurants. You could walk to the Quiksilver lift in probably less then 2 minutes or be on Main Street in less then 5 minutes. The condo was well equipped. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and the comfy couches. The games cabinet is a nice touch. The property itself was very quiet and almost felt secluded but you are still so close to everything. The heated garage parking was definately a plus with all the snow we had while we were there. We would definately stay here again! Thank you Erika!!!!

About the owner: Dave and I grew up in Colorado skiing when lift tickets were only $15 and ski traffic wasn't an issue. After years of wanderlust and living in Maui, Hawaii and Carmel, CA, we returned back 'home' to Colorado with our 3 children. Breckenridge has always been our favorite town to get away to year round. This year, we bought a condo so that we can take more family trips up to the mountains, and hopefully pass on the positive experience with guests who stay in our condo.
