You will have 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, hair blow dryer, and a full kitchen including a dishwasher.
This condominium affords you with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from its large oceanfront deck. The Condo is equipped with three TVs, stereo, and VCR for entertainment.
The Kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster. Deck chairs are also provided.
Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath, and a sliding glass door to a large 12' X 20' private deck. Second bedroom also has two New Twin Beds and new bedding and a small private deck off the room.
Queen-size futon and large couch in living room sleeps three additional. Ceiling fans in every room. Sliding glass doors in the Living Room open up onto a large deck overlooking a wide strand of beach..... Deck also has large sun chairs for sun lovers and a new outdoor kids pic-nic table area.

This is a great little vacation get-away. We bought it so we could have a place for our family to stay and then we fell in love with Carolina Beach, the white sandy beach and the people and decided to move here ourselves.

Unique views from the over sized decks, private jetty walk right to the beach in front of our unit. 2 parking spots under the unit (parking is hard to come by at the beach), Comfortable place to stay - not alot of noise, within walking distance to the downtown Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

We've been staying here for the past two years and we had a pleasant surprise this year. The owners changed the place with exiciting new furniture, new carpet and even new patio furniture. We loved the place before but now we feel like we are at a new vacation spot at our same ole lovely place at the beach. We've booked our vacation already as we know this is the best kept secret at the beach. owners are very good to work with and they include a few extra special things.....Judy Wilkinson, Cleveland Oh.

So Great!! We Returned and Are Returning! 2009 was our first trip. We loved it so much we came back in 2010 and are already on the calendar for 2011. Why? Great location, lovely atmosphere, wonderful owners, great quiet neighborhood with the ocean to the front and the canal one road over to the rear - Sunrise and Sunset are both easily enjoyed. It is close to a grocery store. We brought our whole family with our dog and had everything we needed. The kids loved the Ipod player and TV/DVD for games when they were not outside. Now that we have our week safely scheduled, I invite you to do the same. You better hurry as the rental slots fill up very quickly as you would naturally expect!!!! Catherine Etheridge

We liked the pictures on VRBO listing, but one week before we arrived, we found out that the owners updated the unit with new furniture, carpet and much much more. The place was much more than we expected and so was the veiw! Just spectacular. We felt we got a real bargin for the price we paid for the whole week on an ocean front condo. Belive me the pictures do not really show how great this property is. My kids walked in on the first day and everyone went WOW... you could see the ocean from the front door. We booked our week for next year already.

We spent a week in this condo in 2009 and had a marvelous time. The property is clean, fresh, and plenty large enough for our family of 6 and our dog. The view is fabulous. It is ideally located away from traffic, and the beach is not too crowded and so convenient. We are planning to return again this summer. My sister and I wanted to bring our grand kids to the beach so we rented this unit. Owners were very nice and they did everything they said they would do. But when we arrived, we were so impressed. The unit is large, has plenty of places for us all to sleep and it was very very clean and nice to be in. Never really needed anything.... except we lost our key in the sand... but the owner came to our rescue and got us back in. Loved this place and so did our 13,14 year old grandchildren. Carolina Beach has reinvented itself. We had so much fun here.

We wanted to bring my in-laws on vacation so we rented this unit. Wow were we surprised. As soon as we walked in, we saw the beautiful ocean view from the front door. Our rooms were large, very well decorated and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Parked under the building and walked right out to the beach within 15 minutes of unpacking. I will be back here again next year.

My family had a wonderful time at the beach and we absolutely loved this place. Comfortable, clean, right on the beach and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our vacation week. We plan to return again in the future. Great value for the price.
