We are four friends who ski together annually going on 20 years now. This was an excellent base for our five days of skiing. Good value for the price. Close enough for an easy drive to Vail or Beaver Creek. Very clean, well appointed and well furnished condo. Slept 4 comfortably. We enjoyed the condo very much, and would rerent it on our next trip to the Vail area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you Bruce for review. Looking forward to host you or your friend in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property to other renters. It is nicely furnished, well equipped and very clean. From the photographs on the website we had high expectations and we were not disappointed. The owner was really pleasant to deal with too. Minturn is well worth considering. It offers easy access to Vail at an attractive price, with several eating-out options. The Saloon was our favourite! If we return to Colorado again, we'll go back to Minturn and we'll look no further than this great townhouse.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Everything was great and we would stay there again! The location was perfect for us - close enough to the slopes and Minturn is a very cute little town. The Saloon in Minturn had great food and the dog park was just one exit towards Vail for our dogs to run. The house size was great for us too. Gave us all space to spread out! Lauras was very helpful and responsive in answering our questions, and the home had everything that we needed!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: I am glad you enjoyed my house and the Town of Minturn. Looking forward to host you in the future. Thank you Lori

I highly recommend this vacation property. We skied in Vail, & it was so nice not having to stay around the crowds within Vail. Everything was perfectly clean & had everything you'd ever need. The saloon is right down the street, which was a pretty fun place. We took the bus one day to the slopes & we skied from the house to the bus stop. The second day we drove & had a friend drop us off, otherwise parking in Vail is pretty steep. Overall we were more than happy to stay here & the property owner was very helpful with any questions we had.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: I am glad you had a good time on the slopes and comfortable stay at my house. I very pleased with your review, Thank you very much. Looking forward to host you in the future.

The unit was a little larger than described with separate living rooms on three floors that allowed for good separation between kids and adults. The master was nice and large with a huge closet and the only downside of the fireplace was that it got hot upstairs if you left it on for too long.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Mark, thank you for the review, I hope you had a good time on the slopes and convenient stay at my house. I will check heating system and why got to hot in master bedroom. I hope to host you in the future. Thank you

The townhouse was everything we had hoped it would be for five adults. With each bedroom on a different floor, we all had privacy, but the common areas were large enough and well configured so that we could easily fix meals, eat, chat, play games or just sit and watch the fire or a tv. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and cozy, and the baths had plenty of towels, soaps and hair dryers. Although we initially were thinking of staying in Vail center, we all were glad we opted for the townhouse. The short drive to the slopes was easy and the peacefulness of Minturn was so relaxing. Hmmm...maybe our next stay should be in September when the aspens are glorious!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Hello Linda, I am glad you had convenient, comfortable vacation. Thank you for excellent review, that will be helpful for other travelers to get better feel of the place. I hope to host you in the future. Thank you

What an awesome town and townhouse. After a busy day of skiing and the crowds of Vail, the town of Minturn is a breath of fresh air. Great restaurants, people and good ol cowboy home hospitality. Every restaurant made everything homemade. Safeway is 10 min away. The town house was clean, very comfortable and spacious. A bedroom on floors 1, 2 and 4 and a bathroom on all 4 floors. Large laundry room to wash clothes and TV’s everywhere. When we couldn’t get the ESPN channel we called Lauras and he so generously took care of it. My boys were thrilled. We will definitely be back-we loved Minturn. Wished the public transportation was a little better, but it is a ten minute drive to the slopes and $4 to the Wildlife Stop at the Minturn Exit. Next time we are hoping to try the Minturn Mile Run off of Vail. Thanks so much Lauras:)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Luisa, that's very generous review. I am exited that you had a blast. Will host you gladly in the future. Thank you

This rental was a perfect getaway for my friends and I who are Colorado residents. We wanted to get in the mountains, stay at a nice place, without the resort prices and hype. The apartment is nicely laid out to sleep many people comfortably. The interior was classic and non personal. You felt like you were at home but were not immersed in someones personal style. Also, what I really appreciated that the owner negotiated on the 3 night minimum. We only wanted 2 nights over the weekend since we all had to return to work on Monday. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a low key rental close to the popular ski resorts.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
