Indigo is one of the newest and certainly the most luxurious property on Perdido Key..... Seven acres of exquisite landscaping compliment the largest and most glorious pool on the island. Featured is a zero entry pool with fountains, a huge hot tub, picnic area with grills, swings and poolside gazebo. Two lighted clay tennis courts in a lush setting and another gazebo round out the outdoor experience. Awesome indoor amenities include a huge theater, workout facility with the finest equipment, a sauna, and a private lounge with fireplace, large screen TV and wetbar... Gas grills are available at the pool level.
And your unit...Access your own exterior foyer when your personal, privately coded, elevator doors open. Of course two double doors secure the exterior foyer from your interior foyer. Beyond those double doors, almost 1600 square feet of living space and two balconies make this third floor two bedroom, two and a half bath, vacation home... one that is truly liveable.
Nine foot tall sliding glass doors along with other expansive windows bring the beautiful Gulf Coast indoors. Or, enjoy the view of the pool oasis and the Gulf of Mexico from your 10 by 16 foot balcony while grilling on you personal electric grill. A second balcony provides outdoor living off of the guest bedroom. Both balconies have tile decking and comfortable patio furniture.
Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size Serta sofa sleeper. Also, a six foot long window seat in the guest bedroom provides comfortable sleeping for a small child. The master boasts a chaise lounge beside the large picture window. A great place to relax and read, watch the pool activities, or just watch the sunset over the Gulf. Dual sinks and granite are in both full baths. A pedestal sink provides additional facilities in the half bath.
Granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and quality built-in appliances will bring out the gourmet in you. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in wall oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, cook-top, coffee maker, toaster, blender and full-size washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include a 32" HDTV, DVD and VCR in the living room, a 27" flat screen TV in the Master and a flat panel TV in the guest bedroom. All rooms have a stereo and a DVD player. The Entertainment Center is stocked with books, DVD's and VCR Tapes for your use.
Indigo is an exclusive, weekly only rental resort. During the Spring and Summer, all bookings are Saturday to Saturday, Beginning in September we will be offering weekly bookings that begin mid week so that you can take advantage of the full weekend. Arrive when you want, anytime after 4pm on your scheduled arrival date and depart anytime before 10 am on your departure date. All at great rates for one of the newest and most luxurious property on Perdido Key.

Why the Owner Chose Indigo East
For those who have visited the Florida Panhandle, I don't have to describe how beautiful the beaches are. Our condo not only has georgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from our third floor condo, but also of the beautiful 6000 square foot lushly landscaped pool area that makes Indigo stand ot from all others. You also have the privacy and convenience of having your elevator open into your own private foyer.

We try to make our condos truly livable with decorative touches, pictures and accessories. Our Indigo Resort condo is equipped with three TV's and three DVD players, one VCR, books, DVD's and tapes, HDTV and wireless Internet and much more.
Owner's Map of Indigo East
We are Paul and Julie Pritchard. We both grew up in New Orleans and both graduated from the Univesity of New Orleans with degrees in Accounting. In 1981, we moved to the Atlanta area and have been living in Roswell, Georgia ever since. We have three children, two boys, Chris and Greg, and one daughter, Blake. Although all three were born in Atlanta, they, like us, have grown up to be die-hard LSU fans. We suspect that our youngest may have to change her loyalty as she is now attending UGA! We have been coming to Destin and Pensacola for many years and discovered the quiet solitude of Perdido Key. We bought our two bedroom condo in 2005. Although most of our guests come to relax and unwind, we come and spend much of our time trying to find ways to make our condo more comfortable and enjoyable for our family and guests. We hope that you will will visit with us and make a practice of coming back year after year as so many of our other guests have done. Happy vacationing!

The weather was the best it had been in the 5 yrs we have been coming to the Florida panhandle for Spring Break. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We usually cook some evening meals in. However, we tired many places from Mexican, Pizza and of course seafood. Original Oyster House and the Shrimp Basket were among the favorites. We enjoyed golfing, the dog track and well as the Blue Angels. My personal favorite was the beach. The chairs and umbrella that were provided made sitting on the beach even more enjoyable. We didn't use the pool area but they were beautiful and very secure with gate codes. The private elevator entrance was also impressive and felt very safe. The condo is even better and bigger that what the photos indicate. You will love staying here!

Wanted to thank you for sharing your condo with us this week. We have stayed at a lot of condos in Florida and I have to say your place is the best one yet. It is so beautiful and decorated so tastefully. You feel right at home and everything you could need. The photos you had listed were so pretty but when we got there and saw the place we were shocked. It was more beautiful than the pictures. Everyting you needed as far as restaurants, groceries, etc were all near the place also. We had a blast - beautiful weather and the beach and pool area were so pretty from the balcony. Indigo Resort is so nice and well kept up also. We thank you again for sharing your place with us and we will definitely be back to stay at your place again. We definitely will be recommending your place to our family and friends in the future. What a wonderful relaxing vacation.

April 4-11, 2009 We were impressed with the Condo - it was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The convenience of being on the 3rd floor was fantastic. We had family on the 6th, 11th, and 15th floors, the same week we were there, and everyone commented on how nice it would be to spend less time on the elevator. The beach, the pool, the lobby, everything was beautiful and meticulously clean. We look forward to coming back next year!

We had an amazing vacation during our stay at Indigo and enjoyed the condo so much. The third floor view was awesome. We were high enough for privacy, yet had a great view of the pool, beach and ocean. The amenitities within the condo were very nice and made our 12 night stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed in many nice condos in the NW Florida area and Indigo would be among the nicest we have stayed. We all loved the large pool and the quick access to the beach. The beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella really was a nice amenity. Would highly recommend Indigo and renting this condo unit.

TOP NOTCH ACCOMODATIONS!!The best we've found in all our Florida stays. We will definitely stay here again.The view from the balcony is priceless. The pool area is a step above all others. We cannot say enough about our stay in Perdido! The accommodations were marvelous—all the creature comforts of home—and the locale is second to none. Our three boys, ages 7, 5, and 2, had a blast in the gigantic pool, which has its own built-in, sloping beach-like area with fountains. The other vacationers were primarily families like us, which was very nice. One of the most spectacular and unexpected highlights of the trip was seeing the Blue Angels practicing for an air show! Needless to say, we will most certainly be returning guests! ~The Conowals
