Villas de Trancoso is a romantic villa retreat located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The retreat is comprised of five luxury one and two bedroom villas and a sixth four bedroom villa located inside the Terravista Golf Resort Complex. For guests looking for privacy, attentive service, perfect beaches and a wonderful year round climate the Villas offers an exceptional retreat environment. The complex consists of a restaurant, cabana with white marble pool, beach bar and outdoor health and fitness center fashioned entirely from wood. Each villa is uniquely designed and tastefully appointed to provide an environment of elegant simplicity. Guests have a choice of renting individual villas or the full property. Villas has hosted many weddings and family gatherings and has become a sought after destination for Honeymooners seeking the privacy that only a small villa retreat can provide. Other beach activities include biking, horseback riding, kayaking, and body surfing with nearby clay court tennis.
Two kilometers down the beach from the Villa compound is the Terravista Golf Course. Considered by many to be the best golf course in Latin America, the front nine holes is cut over lakes and through Atlantic rainforest while much of the back nine holes runs along cliff and sea. Golf Digest has designated the course as one of the 8 Pebble Beaches of the world. On the golf course the Villas offers a dramatic four bedroom villa with infinity swimming pool overlooking valley and signature 17th hole.
Trancoso…the Village
The Villas is located on the beach 1.5 kilometers from Trancoso. Trancoso is a village of incredible natural beauty. Its ideal year round climate coupled with the intimacy and privacy of a small village offer the perfect escape for those seeking privacy, exotic location and the best beaches in Brazil. Trancoso’s shopping Quadrado overlooking the ocean has many historical sites plus many small stores with local arts and crafts and superb dining. At night this area is lit by torch and candlelight and natives and vacationers alike can be found strolling under the moon and stars, frequenting the many stores and dining in the many excellent restaurants of the area.
Beach Villas
VIP Villa (sleeps 2)…The VIP villa is a dramatic two story structure that includes a downstairs veranda, private dinning area, bar and entertainment center. Upstairs is the master suite with king-size bed, Jaucuzzi tub, reading area and veranda overlooking pool, gardens and beach. A central atrium rises to a glass skylight on the second level.
One Bedroom Villas (sleeps 2)…These villas are spacious and beautifully appointed and include verandas with hammocks and chairs and large and comfortable master bathrooms. Both are set amongst our beautiful gardens and are a very popular choice for honeymoon couples and those seeking a romantic holiday escape.
Two Bedroom Villas (sleeps 4 or 5)…These villas include verandas with hammocks and chairs and a social area for TV viewing and gatherings. Each villa features a master bathroom with dressing area and double showers as well as a second bath with shower. Each bedroom can be configured for single or queen-size beds under spacious mosquitero netting.
Villa Golf (sleeps 8)…Villa Golf is a dramatic four bedroom villa overlooking the signature 17th hole of the Terravista Golf course. The home includes two decks, three bar areas including sunken pool bar, pond with waterfall, large entertainment center with pool and ping pong, and four bedroom suites that include an upstairs master suite with study, and dramatic master bath. The upstairs master suite and office includes a wireless hub, computer, printer and fax with high speed connections. You will find panoramic views from all rooms
