Sunchase Beachfront is a fully gated community with full-time security. And since 1999, our beachfront condo has become a second home to hundreds of guests, who return each year.
As Owner Operators, our goal is naturally exceed your Vacation Expectations in several ways. Unlike a property managed by a company, renters do not go through a 'property manager.' Our guests personally deal with the owners.

Purchased in 1999 and completely remodeled in 2008 with updates each fall, our goal is to provide our guests with a warm and relaxing Tropical Texas vacation experience.
The open concept kitchen, living room, dining area is just waiting for your family or friends to get together to laugh, live, and make memories to last a lifetime.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and every small appliance we could imagine.
The dining table seats 6-8 depending on if you open it up using the disappearing leaf that is built into the table. Additionally, the snack bar seats three more, and we have a high chair for the littlest member of your crew.
Watch TV on the 48 inch flat screen, installed for viewing from anywhere in the living room, dining room or kitchen. With a beautiful interior, stunning view and easy beach access, Sunchase Beachfront is truly the setting for your fantasy vacation.

Our family was so thrilled and impressed with Nora's condo. The description was spot on and did not disappoint. Nora was so hospitable, sending me e-mails checking on us and making sure our stay was comfortable. We are already planning another trip and will be using the same unit. When you find a great thing you stay with it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were very happy with the condo and amenities provided. The description of the condo, location and furnishings (including beach towels/chairs) were spot-on. We took a leap of faith when selecting this condo based on the description of its proximity to the beach, and it did not disappoint us; just a short walk and you're there! If you prefer sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean waves, you can do that too. Our stay was when there were no Spring breakers or other activities going on, which is exactly what we were looking for. The owners, Sheldon and Nora, were very accommodating, provided timely answers to our questions and even called to make sure we had arrived okay (we arrived in the evening). The condo, including the bathrooms/kitchen, were very clean and we would definitely recommend this condo again. Thanks for a great time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: Although we, Nora and Sheldon Davis live inland, full-time, about a hour to the west, we come to South Padre Island often. We love our Island home and we are happy to share it with others. Although I'm now retired Sheldon is still working and our dream is to spend our 'together' years sitting on the beach watching our grandkids play in the surf. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in our beachfront home. As the owners, naturally, our goal is to make your visit with us as best as it can be!

We bought this unit several years ago because we liked it the best, and this is were we wanted to stay when we come to South Padre Island.
Sunchase Beachfront offered a casual, comfortable Island experience while still being centrally located. Once we saw that it was just a short walk to the Beach, protected by beautiful sand dunes we knew we had found the right place for us.
