About the owner: Although we, Nora and Sheldon Davis live inland, full-time, about a hour to the west, we come to South Padre Island often.
It is important to us that you feel comfortable in our beachfront home. As the owners, naturally, our goal is to make your visit with us as best as it can be!
Why the Owner Chose Sunchase Beachfront: We bought this unit several years ago because of its proximity to the beach, and this is were we wanted to stay when we come to South Padre Island.
Sunchase Beachfront offered a casual, comfortable Island experience while still being centrally located. Once we saw that it was just a short walk to the Beach, protected by beautiful sand dunes we knew we had found the right place for us.
