Available independently or together for large parties such as weddings, reunions or extended family vacations, these luxurious top floor units can accommodate up to 12 people in two bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with 2 queen size beds, and an over-sized loft also with 2 queen sized beds. All three suites have their own private bathroom/dressing area equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, iron/board, luxury linens and robes, and a private lanai.

This condo was very spacious and comfortable with having 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a loft with 2 more beds. The view overlooking the bay was awesome! It was great to sit on the lanai and have my morning coffee with the view. The condo had all the amenities we needed. They also had boogie boards, snorkeling gear, cooler and beach chairs, tennis racquets. The resort grounds were clean and well kept. We did not go to the restaurant or fitness center because both were closed for a major renovation. We enjoyed being able to use the tennis courts, and the fact that we could walk down to the beach at the St. Regis Hotel. If the walk was too much, all you had to do was call the front desk and request a golf cart to pick you up. I am a runner and was able to find a nice 13 mile run to go on. Parking spots were a little tight if you were coming back in the evening. There were 2 great golf courses near by. I preferred the north side as I felt it was prettier and less crowded then the south side. We had a nice welcoming basket on our arrival in the condo filled with coffee, chocolate and some fruit. I also appreciated that we were allowed to stay past our check out time because our flight out was late and they did not have anyone checking into the condo that day. That was a bonus to be able to spend the day at the beach/condo and shower before heading to the airport! I would definitely return to this condo!

Great "home base" for seeing Kauai
Fabulous stay in Kauai at this property- it truly felt like home away from home. Janice was super-responsive to communication and made the whole process easy. The condo itself is extremely spacious, comfortable & well equipped for both cooking and recreating. And the view... can't say enough about the view! Seeing the Bali Hai every morning was a highlight. Highly recommend this property for a family Hawaiian vacation.

Owner response: I am always touched when guests feel the magic of Kauai's north shore! The views from our lanai change by the minute from morning double rainbows across Hanalei Bay to electric sunsets behind the Namolokama mountains. A true paradise and sanctuary!

We stayed in August for 3 nights at the Hanalei Bay Resort - Apartment 4302nd We would like to stay longer. The north of Kauai's beautiful Hanalei Bay, Tunnels Beach with Kee Beach and the Kalalau Trail and the Napali Coast. The apartment really offers everything you need and is well equipped. The kitchen was perfect, nothing was missing. There were also in the apartment, small beach chairs and swim boards. For undisturbed sleep is also provided. Fly screens on all windows (so no mosquitoes), fan and air-conditioning according to taste and a good blackout against the too-early wake up the really comfortable. For us it was a home away from home. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The resort also has a great pool with jacuzzi and beautiful tennis courts. We would love to come back. We have felt ourselves very well

I own a condo at HBR but needed an extra bedroom with queen size beds for my friends to stay in. I chose 4303 and was glad I did. It is a well appointed hotel room with nice views of the bay. It looked like new carpets had just been installed and the owner takes great care of their home as it was clean and nicely decorated. It has two queen size beds and wifi. That was really nice. We had a chance to peak in 4302 and it is just beautiful. The views are fabulous from the living room. I would recommend renting this condo to anyone.
