All rates are Double occupancy - $10/extra person per night
$150 Security deposit & 1/2 rent due at booking,balance due at checkin
No Cleaning fee! Personal or cashiers'checks only.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
*Cancellation policy: In the event it should be necessary to cancel,
the deposit amount will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee, if
cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in.

Why the Owner Chose Sedona
When we bought our house, there was a guest house on the property which was at that time occupied by a full-time tenant. Once he moved out, we renovated the place and decided to furnish it for our guests from out-of-town. From there, we decided to add it to VRBO and have practically had no vacancies since then! We have a lot of yearly regulars that return to their "home away from home" every year.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Out guest house is roomy enough for folks to be comfortable for an extended stay, but cozy enough to make everyone feel at home. A full kitchen, which is almost as large as the one in our main house, enables guests to save money on dining during their stay in Sedona. We are located right in the heart of town, so all the local attractions are very close. The layout of the grounds enables guests to enjoy privacy, but we welcome them up to our patio frequently to enjoy our view.

I have lived in Arizona since the ripe old age of 3. I love the dry, warm, fresh air and the year-round great climate in Sedona. My husband and I have two German Shepherd dogs that are our "kids". They hike with us throughout the area - and love it! I sell Real Estate and also bartend at the "Fork in the Road - American Bistro", a new restaurant in the Village of Oak Creek. Joe, my husband, is a pharmacist at the local grocery store. We have a vacation home up in Colorado where we like to get away and soak our feet in the creek and do some fishing.
