Enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside in this beautiful ranch style home. Knotty-pine walls throughout, the main floor offers a living room with large, open layout and gas stove. a dinning room table for eight separates the fully-furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar from the open living area. Three bedrooms offering 2 double beds and 3 single beds, two and a half baths and large mudroom complete the first floor. The sun room and the porch swing provide beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountains. Satellite TV, games,books, and a DVD/VCR combo are available for use.
The downstairs also has a full kitchen and living room with a TV,DVD player, and stereo as well as two bedrooms( one with a queen bed and one with a double and single bed), a full bathroom and lots of extra space.
The vast property has a small pond where you can feed the fish and is bordered by acres of trees where you can wander at your leisure. This is the ideal home for a large or multiple family vacation: room for everyone to gather as well as find his or her own quiet place to relax.
Conveniently located ten minutes from the Quebec border, fewer than ten minutes to Jay Peak Resort and only one mile to the Jay Country store or Jay Village Inn.

We have been coming to Jay Peak for over thirty years and can now rate this week as one of our great "peak" experiences- good weather, good experiences on the hill and fantastic accommodations. Many thanks for a wonderful stay at Green farm!! Your home is comfortable and cozy with everything our three generations of family could need. We had a great time skiing at Jay- the kids enjoyed the ski school. And we all had a lovely fireside dinner at the Jay Village Inn. My Husband and I brought our oldest grandson here to visit his Aunt, Uncle and cousins from Montreal. We had a wonderful reunion with much relaxation.
