Our spacious, two story villa, with a bathroom for each bedroom will provide plenty of space for your group. Downstairs has a king sized master bedroom along with a twin bedroom. Upstairs also features a king sized master bedroom and twin bedroom. The villa is furnished with luxurious fabrics & furnishings and features every comfort. The pool is south-facing with raised spa and extended deck. The poolside covered dining area (with ceiling fan) offers twice the covered area as many other floorplans. The living room, kitchen & nook all overlook the pool area.
Cable TV throughout with DVD or VCR's in living room & bedrooms. Living room has 32" TV and stereo. There is also a Playstation II and stock of board games. An attractive feature is the dedicated Home Cinema/den which offers a 37" Plasma TV and home cinema sound!!!
Child friendly features include stroller, high chair, pack & play, room monitors - and our home faces onto the very large children's playground. Our games room includes air hockey, foosball and ping pong.
Windsor Hills sets new standards for resort communities in the Disney vicinity. It is the closest resort community to Walt Disney World and there are a multitude of restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away. Mystic Dunes Golf Course is also only three minutes away.

Our trip to Orlando was great and it was made perfect by our opportunity to stay at your house! My family and my friend's family all LOVED the house. We used the pool, we used the property pool and game room and the dads who did the driving thought that it was perfectly located. Everyone had their own space and could take a break when they needed it. We actually spent less time at WDW and much less money on food there because we would opt to go back to the house and relax and eat at the end of the day. It made for a genuine vacation for all of us. I have already recommended the property to some friends. If we return to the Orlando area, we will definitely check into the availability on your property. The price was great, the location was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better. I loved the quilts on our bed, they were beautiful and comfortable. Well, I can't restate enough what a great experience our trip was, due in large part to our comfy place to stay. Thank you again for everything.

The week down Florida was terrific - we all had a great time - the house is beautiful -we really felt at home -- -we didn't need to bring a thing except what we put in our tummies. I've already told a few girls [women] who I work with all about your wonderful house as they are interested in going to Disneyworld in the next 6 months with their families. We had a wonderful time on holiday, you have a fabulous home in every way - it was beautifully furnished, a great size and the 5 bathrooms were very useful to get everyone out on time. Of course, the locaiton just off one 192 was a big bonus too!! I've already passed your details on to three families!
