Avoid the crowds, congestion, fighting for parking,riding the elevator, overcrowded and overpriced beachfront condos. Located on the island of Orange Beach, our house has all the charm and peaceful serenity of the beaches of yester-year.
Within 2 residental blocks of our house you have access to 2 clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches. You'll have access to a private-gated launch and sheltered marina that faces Wolf Bay/Perdido Bay and empties into the Gulf Of Mexico.
Just 2 miles in the other direction you will have access to lighted tennis courts, a kiddie & olympic pool (heated in winter) with diving board, water slide, a total workout center, gym with basketball/volleyball courts, game room with billiards, ping pong, air hockey, and a state of the art playground (playground Free) all for a nominal fee of $5 per day paid to the facility if/when used. If the pools are all you want a seasonal pass for $30.00 which includes 15 visits.
There is something for everyone rain or shine. You will be 3 miles from a quiet public beach on the Gulf front and minutes from shopping at the Warf or Tanger Outlet Mall in Gulf Shores. There is fine dinning, a vibrant night life, and so much more.

Rental Rates .. $350/weekend .. $825/week.
Plus a $350 Refundable Deposit for ALL Rentals.
Winter Leases available from August through April.
