Welcome to Mar-A-Lago #5.
Let's start with the bedding setup in this wonderful vacation home. King, King, King, Queen. There’s also a Harry Potter Room under the stairs. Room for your Harry Potter.
This beach residence offers a unique floor plan that works for one big family or two smaller families who want to split the vacation. The first and third floors have two bedrooms each and the second floor has living and dining space.
The first stop you’ll want to make is the third floor MASTER SUITE. It is beautifully appointed with furnishings that were designed to create an elegant beach experience for you. You’ll find bed linens from Lili Pulitzer in this suite and throughout the home. When you step out to the balcony the first thing you’ll notice is the sound of the gulf. What a great way to start your day with morning coffee and the sound of the gulf. And the view of the lake and the state park make this a unique spot. You’ll also notice that your vacation spot is only steps away from the beautiful community pool. That’s where you and the kids will be spending your “non-beach” time for sure. Enjoy the flat screen TV with plenty of channels for you to entertain yourself when the day winds down. The MASTER SUITE also has its own spacious bath.
The 3RD FLOOR GUEST suite also has a KING SIZE BED and is furnished with the same decorator attention to detail. There’s plenty of closet space and a TV as well.
Walk down to the 2ND FLOOR and you’ll find a wonderful living spot. The KITCHEN is truly gourmet equipped so that you can whip up a snack or make the family a meal. There are granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen so everyone will want to try out their culinary skills here. And, there is bar seating for 3!
The DINING ROOM is adjacent to the kitchen so serving meals is easy and there’s plenty of seating at the glass top table for everyone. Notice that in the center of the table is a really interesting seashell display. Make sure you add yours to it.
THE LIVING AREA is truly a spot to relax. The leather sofa is luxury in itself. And the occasional chairs are great for relaxing and sharing the day’s adventures. Step out onto the 2ND STORY BALCONY and you’ll find another spot to enjoy the day. You can even watch the kids swimming in the pool from right here. And, you’re so close they’ll hear you when you call them.
On the first floor you’ll find the 2ND MASTER SUITE with is outfitted with a KING BED. You’ll want to leave the French doors open for a fresh breeze off the lake. And, of course you’ll also enjoy the sound of the gulf. You’ll find a TV in here so down time can be fun time. This bedroom also has its own private bath.
The first floor also houses the 1st FLOOR GUEST SUITE features a QUEEN size bed. It’s a cozy spot for resting after a busy day on 30A.
And, there’s one more unique feature on the 1ST FLOOR. It’s the Harry Potter room. That’s right, Harry Potter lived under the stairs and we have a bed and décor set up just like Harry had. What a cute spot for one of the kids if they’d like to know how Harry lived.

About the owner: We are from New Hampshire. We went for a visit in this area and fell in love with the area. Great area to see scenic views yet enjoy the fun life. The Gulf is just beautiful. You must see it to believe how wonderful the area is. The beaches really are made up with sugar sand and the gulf is Emerald.
Why the Owner Chose Mar-a-Lago:
We just couldn't find anything wrong with this place. It is totally like living in your own house. You can enjoy a peaceful day around the pool, take a golf cart ride to the beach or walk to the beach in 5 min, yet you are close to Route 30A and the interstate. You are only minutes to Panama City Beach where there is something exciting going on all the time.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house has lovely hardwood floors and tile for easy maintenance. You have the Harry Potter Room which is unique in itself. I like the idea of a first floor master bedroom suite and the third floor master bedroom suite. The balconies alone have fantastic views on all three floors. Each view unique. You walk thru the front door and you know you are going to like this place. It is a well maintained home that invites you to stay.
