Our Longboat Key condominium is on the second floor and has a full Bay view. Only about 10 yards from the water, The large lanai has one of the best views in the complex. Enjoy the sunrise and relax as a friendly dolphin or manatee make their way across the Bay.

The master bedroom has a nice view of the Bay and has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom. The second bedroom has a view of the tennis court. The living room and dining area are perfect areas to entertain your new Longboat Harbor friends. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for use.

The grounds of Longboat Harbor are immaculately kept. You can walk to everything and enjoy the many planned social activities. We have a Private Beach Facility right across the street complete with beach chairs and rest rooms so you can enjoy walking along the beach, searching for shells, and enjoying the spectacular sunset over The Gulf

Longboat Harbor has a nice community feeling to it with many organized social activities. You will not be disappointed in our lovely condominium unit for your vacation on the Bay!
