Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this spacious and conveniently located townhome in East Vail is just 3.5 miles from Vail village. The home is gold rated and has 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 1800 square feet of living space with a large kitchen and a gas fireplace in the very comfortable living room adjacent to the kitchen. The private hot tub is outside the living room on the deck and has lovely views of the mountains and East Vail waterfalls. The stop for the free ski bus, which runs every 15 minutes into Vail, is right outside the complex. There is a single garage and room for max 2 more cars to park in the driveway. This house is very unique and it will truly seem like your own home when you come to stay.This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The house was clean and fully stocked with all of the supplies that we needed during our stay. The hot tub was fantastic!! Our only complaint was that the water heater seemed to be rather small. The hot water didn't seem to last long while showering. Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice/ good bed/mattresses. TV's a little dated but ok. Some traffic noise. Nice hot tub.
