Palm-Aire Country Club is located approximately three miles from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, two miles from I-75, and approximately five miles from downtown Sarasota. Beautiful white sand beaches on Siesta Key, and Longboat Key are minutes away.
Enjoy this large three bedroom, three bath, single family home on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood in Palm-Aire Country Club. It is on one-third of an acre, nicely landscaped with shrubs, in addition to backyard orange, and grapefruit and lemon trees. There is a two car garage, and a golf cart garage.
The interior is tastefully furnished, and includes a spacious, sunny living room and dining room. There is a den with new leather reclining couch, TV and stereo, and a galley kitchen with new appliances. The master suite has a king-size bed, a large closet, and private sliding doors with a beautiful view of the pool. The newly redone master bathroom includes an Ayoura Massage Tub and a walk-in marble shower.
There is a screened-in Lanai with covered outdoor dining area, and caged private solar heated swimming pool, and heated Jacuzzi. Great for swimming, sunbathing and entertaining. Fully furnished with everything you need for a home away from home.
Sarasota is a cultural center with theater, opera, symphony, museums and plays, and is located on the beautiful west coast of Florida. The beaches are beautiful, and the sunsets on the Gulf are breath taking. There are numerous golf courses within minutes, as well as tennis facilities.
Theme parks in Orlando are approximately a two hour drive. Shopping abounds in various malls. St. Armands Circle has elegant shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. Of course there is plenty of sailing and water sports!

We stayed here from Jan. 1, 2012, until the last couple of days of Feb. The house is so lovely, and very clean and well maintained. It wasn't just the furniture, but the decorations throughout that impressed me, especially all those plates on the breakfast area wall. There were really nice items throughout.They had an "extra" room for pool toys etc.,and there was even a bed out there. If it had been mine, it would have been a crafting room LOL. The furniture was so comfy, and we loved the fact that the lanai was covered in one place, and all open in the rest. The master bathroom was to die for...the tub was a jacuzzi jetted tub and it felt so good at the end of the day. I would recommend this house to anyone interested in renting a private home with a pool and hot tub in addition to the jacuzzi bath tub! The landlady was so nice to deal with, too. I didn't have an opportunity to communicate with her husband, but did email her several times. The neighborhood was fairly quiet (at the end of a cul-de-sac) for the most part. About the only traffic we heard was over on the main drag by some stores/restaurants etc...and that was mainly when an ambulance or FD or police car had their sirens going.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
