Managed by Gore Creek Properties in East Vail this wonderful condo is located at Pitkin Creek Park Condominiums just 3.5 miles from Vail Village and conveniently located on the free town bus service that runs every 15 minutes. This unit was just remodeled and boasts a new kitchen and bathrooms with new cabinets, appliances and granite counters and a breakfast bar. The condo has a downstairs bedroom with 2 bunk beds in. The upstairs loft is very private and is used as the master with a Queen bed. There is a closet off the loft that has a double bed in for additional sleeping room. There is a half bath powder room downstairs too. The beautiful leather couch in the living room folds out into a Queen bed. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a new flat screen TV. Wireless internet is also provided. This building is right next to the summer pool and year round hot tub. This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
