THE HOUSE IS JUST WONDER, CLOSE TO TOWN AND WINE COUNTRY....GREAT FIREPLACE AND GREAT ROOM WITH A LARGE WONDERFUL KITCHEN. THE VIEWS AND THE PATIO AREA WITH THE OUTDOOR FIRE-PIT, WAS A GREAT WAY TO END OUR EVENINGS AT THE HOUSE , THE BEDDING WAS CLEAN AND SOFT...MIKE WAS A GREAT HOST...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This house was immaculate and had a genuine Italian villa feel to it (I lived in Italy for about 5 years and can attest to this). The house had everything you would need, plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchenware. I feel like not enough was said about the outdoor area and cooking options. There is a wood burning stove, 2 gas grills, a sink, and plenty of counter space. The great patio furniture and picnic table made dining outside very simple and enjoyable. The owner is an awesome guy who knows the area well. We took his limo service for a wine tasting day, such good value there since he knows all the best ones in the area. It was an outstanding house with everything we could have wanted. I would go back in a heart beat.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing.

The home is a well equipped, finely furnished it does require some care and love. There is a full outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
Deposit with booking, a vacation rental agreement to be signed. We also require a photo ID of each quest. Deposit of $395 if fully refunded within 7 days of departure, if no damage or extra clean up required.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Deposit is $395 and is NOT part of the rent. There are NO other fees. The rental is cleaned and ready, the guest is required to return the home as rented. WE clean sheets and bath towels only.
