Relax within the privacy of three enclosed patios where you can sip your coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while watching a colorful sunset. This condo is just steps away from one of two heated pools and jacuzzis.
The master bedroom has a sliding patio door leading to a small private patio, huge walk-in closet, a vanity area separate from the master bedroom, with a California King sized bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an attached guest bathroom. If needed for additional guests, there is a comfortable sleeper couch located in the living room with a 42' flat screen. For your convenience there is wireless Wi-Fi as well. The condo has been upgraded with new bamboo floors but has carpet in the two bedrooms. Oriental rugs accent the bamboo floors. The kitchen is provided with all of the necessary amenities, including beautiful dishes and glassware, and a full sized refrigerator with freezer. There is a washer and dryer in the attached two car garage with automatic garage opener.

I was pleasantly surprised with this lovely place. It was just perfect and quiet. A great place to stay for any future trips. A perfect walk to El Paseo. I especially loved the private decks for suntanning and the quiet pool just a few steps away. It was cleaned and well maintained. The owner was so very helpful. My husband & I rented this property for 2 months (January 5- March 5 2013). We just loved being in Palm Desert, close to hiking trails, golf, shopping, cinemas & restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. The landscaping at Mesquite Court is well maintained (I miss picking fresh citrus fruit in the gardens every morning) and the pool area is always clean (love the hot tub). The owners are charming people who will go out of their way to answer questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this property. And we are definitely returning next winter !!! Thank you !Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway.
