  The condo was very clean and everything exceeded what was described and our expectations. There were even little dog treats next to the dog bowl, how cute! We look forward to coming back again. We come to Branson often and we are so glad we found your this place! We'll be calling Sonya again, hopefully very soon!!!

  Sonya, thank you so much your condo was wonderful. This was our 4th time to stay in one of your condos, each has been very nice. We are thankful that we can bring our dog "Humphrey" along. The treats for him and for us made us feel right at home! Can't wait to come back again!

  Thank you so much for the condo, everything is beautiful. The amenities saved us a lot of money. Your condo offered a lot of supplies others do not offer. Everyone we have met has been very friendly! Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog. The condo was very clean. We look forward to coming back again next Summer. Branson has so much to do, we have a long list of things for next time! We are so glad we found your condo!

  Sonya: We would like to thank u and ur cleaning staff for making an awesome place for us to go with our grandkids and pets. The condo was more than u explained or pics. It was awesome. We have always stayed in hotels never again. We felt so comfortable it was Like our own. Your cleaning staff was wonderful and so friendly I can't even say enough about them, we so appreciate them also. The condo was spotless and so organized. We loved the wine and munchies that made it so special and personal. But most of all the screened in porch and porch outside was my favorite. We could sit outside or inside that was great and so much for my grandkids to do. My grandson caught 10 trout the first day. And yet a 5 days wasn't long enough to get everything done. We highly highly recommend this condo and the location. Sonya we thank you so much and what a wonderful person u were. U made our reservation go smoothly with no cleaning deposits. Very honest owner. It was more than u told us and no extra charges. Very pleasant to deal with and took care of everything. We had no complaints at all if I tried hard to find something it would be to clear a few trees outside of the patio room for a better view of lake, the boats and canoes on the lake. But u could still see the lake and hear the fish jumping and animals about. So peaceful. And the fenced in pet yard was nice. Even though we didn't bring our pets this trip we will in the future. Thanks again Sonya and crew as I think u went over and above and made it the best vacation ever and we will he returning soon several times a year. I recommend this condo if u have kids or grandkids for sure. Great place to stay....

  Sonya, Thank you for a beautiful vacation. We loved the condo. It looked even better than the pictures. The best part of our time was spent with the peaceful and tranquil setting that surrounded us. We appreciated being so close to the marina and made use of it daily. Please continue to help people enjoy a real family vacation by allowing them to bring their pet along to be included in the fun. Our "wine and doggie treats" were a wonderful surprise.   Perfect setting for a nice long relaxing weekend with the family and our four-legged children [3 yorkies]. Condo was very spacious, very clean and exactly as described on the listing; much better than a hotel room. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine waiting for us and doggie treats [including a doggie bowl] for our girls. Several times during the day we would take relaxing walks throughout the resort. Even though we don't play golf, the course was very well maintained. Didn't have enough time to visit the swimming pool or exercise facility; hope to do that on our return visit. Two dining facilities we recommend are: 1] Cantino Laredo at Branson Landing and 2] Dana's BBQ, Burgers, and Fish, just down the road from the condo. If you have time, take the short trip to Springfield and visit the Bass Pro Shop; something to see and don't forget the camera. Fun for everyone!!! Yes, we would highly recommend this facility and dealing with Sonya was great. We will be back soon.

  My family stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.Dec.21st-Dec. 26th. We were pleased with how spacious it was. It is a lot better than hotel rooms. It had a very good place to walk my dog. My family enjoyed use of the indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. Also the fitness center. Downtown was close by as were the shows and attractions and places to eat. There were a couple of problems in the condo. The refrigerator did not work, an since it was christmas holidays they couldn't get a repair man in there to see what the problem was. The freezer worked good, so we made ice and worked out of our ice coolers! The coffee maker was slow making coffee but since I wasn't the one drinking coffee that didn't effect me like it did others. Overall I would go back an stay there and I would recommend it to friends and family. It was very clean an that is a big plus for me. Shows we went to was Dixie Stamped and a Christmas Snow Play which I highly recommend. Also we went to the Titanic Museum which was great also. Took my granddaughters to the Grand Country Splash. They were not impressed with it but maybe it was because they were older teens. We payed $15.00 a ticket for them to swim 45 minutes. They liked the swimming pool at Pointe Royale better

  My family, 6 adults, visited Branson for a week to get into the Christmas spirit. We were there December 3 - 10th, 2011. I had never booked a reservation, sight unseen and realtor unknown before. Sonya Angel, realtor, was true to her word on every point. The condo was large and spacious, more than adequately appointed and incredibly convenient to everything that we wanted to do. For us Branson was more than just the strip. We did some hiking,and visited the College of the Ozarks (which by the way everyone should do). They have a world class museum of everthing Ozark. Sonya promised that we would be happy with our choice and we were! Kudos to her cleaning staff as well. The condo was clean, neat and smoke free as promised. We were very close to the marina which helped us to make the decision to come back with warmer weather to make use of the lake. For those with large families and some who might like to camp, there is a beautiful campground right on the other side of the parking lot. The shower house was warm inside, incredibly clean and well maintained. The price is right on this property, I can't imagine why someone wouldn't want to stay here. Our dog was very happy to be with us and had a great time too! Sonya - once again thank you for all your special touches and thanks to your outstanding cleaning crew! We'll be back!
