My family stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.Dec.21st-Dec. 26th. We were pleased with how spacious it was. It is a lot better than hotel rooms. It had a very good place to walk my dog. My family enjoyed use of the indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. Also the fitness center. Downtown was close by as were the shows and attractions and places to eat. There were a couple of problems in the condo. The refrigerator did not work, an since it was christmas holidays they couldn't get a repair man in there to see what the problem was. The freezer worked good, so we made ice and worked out of our ice coolers! The coffee maker was slow making coffee but since I wasn't the one drinking coffee that didn't effect me like it did others. Overall I would go back an stay there and I would recommend it to friends and family. It was very clean an that is a big plus for me. Shows we went to was Dixie Stamped and a Christmas Snow Play which I highly recommend. Also we went to the Titanic Museum which was great also. Took my granddaughters to the Grand Country Splash. They were not impressed with it but maybe it was because they were older teens. We payed $15.00 a ticket for them to swim 45 minutes. They liked the swimming pool at Pointe Royale better

Celebrating the Christmas holidays in Branson!

My family, 6 adults, visited Branson for a week to get into the Christmas spirit. We were there December 3 - 10th, 2011. I had never booked a reservation, sight unseen and realtor unknown before. Sonya Angel, realtor, was true to her word on every point. The condo was large and spacious, more than adequately appointed and incredibly convenient to everything that we wanted to do. For us Branson was more than just the strip. We did some hiking,and visited the College of the Ozarks (which by the way everyone should do). They have a world class museum of everthing Ozark. Sonya promised that we would be happy with our choice and we were! Kudos to her cleaning staff as well. The condo was clean, neat and smoke free as promised. We were very close to the marina which helped us to make the decision to come back with warmer weather to make use of the lake. For those with large families and some who might like to camp, there is a beautiful campground right on the other side of the parking lot. The shower house was warm inside, incredibly clean and well maintained. The price is right on this property, I can't imagine why someone wouldn't want to stay here. Our dog was very happy to be with us and had a great time too! Sonya - once again thank you for all your special touches and thanks to your outstanding cleaning crew! We'll be back!

Great Family Branson Vacation

Thank you Sonya for all that you did to make our family vacation perfect!! The condo was just awesome, so clean and gorgeous!! Pointe Royale was the perfect place for us, we loved all the amenities especially the pool and golf course. It was so peaceful and quiet. Our little dog, Molly, was also appreciative of her special treats. We want to come back in the Fall, when the weather is cooler and we hope this very same condo will be available for us.

Enjoyable Stay!

We felt like V.I.P. guests! On the dining room table was a personal welcoming note from Sonya and a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful (even though we are do not drink) There were dog treats, hot chocolate & popcorn and all the amenities of home in the kitchen, including washer and dryer. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. Much better than any of the local hotel/motels. We spent a day on the lake, visited the Kirby Van Burch show, the best show in town and enjoyed shopping! We didn't have many good meal choice experinences and would want you to definatetly avoid " the home of the throwed rolls nearby on Hwy 169. Would have liked to have a itiemized receipt to show applicable taxes. Would definately consider staying here again!

Great location, Quiet & Clean

Our family had a wonderful time at this resort condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The pool & whirlpool at the clubhouse were very nice and we LOVED the screened in porch. It was especially nice that we were able to bring our 2 little dogs with us. Thank you, Sonya. We will come again.

We had a great stay with our two small children and family dog. The place was clean, quiet and perfect for a Mother's Day weekend. Sonya quickly responded to our requests, and we would stay there again.

I hadn't had a vacation all year and wanted nothing but peace and quiet with my husband and my dogs before the Thanksgiving festivities. Thank God I ran across Sonya's condo on the internet! Peace and Quiet is what we got. The condo was very fine and met most of our expectations. In fact, that condo is why we would choose to visit Branson again. Thanks for everything!

This was our second stay at Pointe Royale and it was even better than the first time. Our condo was fantastic, no steps what so ever, it truly was a walk in walk out. Our one dog is old and can not do steps at all. This place was perfect. We will be back next year for sure and if possible this November. Thank You again Sonya for providing us a condo to enjoy. We really enjoyed our time here! The porch was our favorite, breakfast with Ginger (our Irish setter) watching golfers, bunnies, and those high wired squirrels! We almost didn't even see a show! We went to Eureka Springs, picnics at Table Rock twice, cruised the lake, Cedar Lodge, went around on the big spare rib quest, and have more to bring home than we came with!
