Relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation in our platinum rated two bedroom and two bathroom condominium located on the edgewater property. Unit 209 has a wonderful view of the gulf and both of our pools. The beautiful décor is warm and rustic. This condo can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television, DVD player, ceiling fan, and it has an entrance to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen television, DVD player, and a ceiling fan. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry for storage, and a full size washer and dryer. The condo also offers a sofa bed in the living area where it will sleep two additional guests. The living area also has a flat screen television and a blu-ray player. The master bathroom has a tub and shower, and a double vanity. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
From the months of march until November you receive free daily beach set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay. Also during that time you can relax and have a refreshing cocktail or lunch at the tiki bar located down by the lower pool, plus our weekly guest receive a $20.00 gift certificate (seasonal).
The front desk/concierge at edgewater is available from 8:00 a.M. To 6 p.M. And offers convenient on site check- in. 24 hour maintenance is always available.
****for our snowbirds, the snowbird club offers many planned activities, parties, outings, and get-togethers. Guests enjoy our annual mardi gras ball in the riviera room.
Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, as well as a heated spa, and toddler splash pool. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center located on the first floor. A well-equipped children’s playground overlooking the gulf as well as basketball/shuffleboard court, and gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. Edgewater also has its own professional putting green. You can reserve the riviera room for weddings, business, or family reunions.
We do not charge the customary end of stay housekeeping fee for three night stays, weekly stays, or monthly rentals. Monthly rentals enjoy one free mini-clean for every month they stay.
Edgewater prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Edgewater has a no smoking and no pets policy.
