The Master bedroom features a King size bed, the second guest room a Queen size bed with the option to add an extra bed, the smaller third guest room features two twin size beds.
Each villa offers an ample living room and a covered terrace by the pool area with lounge chairs and and balcony .
Daily maid and pool cleaning service is available, also taxi service or car rentals. El Batey in Sosua can be reached in 5 minutes by car, and the airport in less than 15 minutes. This villa is located in a nice residential community between Sosua and Cabarete within walking distance to the beach.

50% payment is due upon receipt of your rental confirmation from Villas, balance one week before arrival. For your Christmas reservation (Dec. 20 through January 4) we need your prepayment four weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
No refund at NO Show and all Christmas
