My body might be back on the mainland, but my heart in mind is still back in Kauai. A truly beautiful experience. I would definately recommend this vacation home for a breathtaking and relaxing vacation.

In June of 2011 we were fortunate enough to be able to spend 8 days at this spectacular home. It is a week we will cherish the rest of our lives. As frequent visitors to the island we usually spend many hours exploring the island but my family enjoyed the property so much that we rarely left. We awoke to breakfast on the lanai, played croquet for hours, listened to the surf, watched surfers and enjoyed the beautiful views for hours on end. Our home cooked meals were fantastic as we used the wonderful grill on site. We hope to have the opportunity to enjoy this piece of heavan in the future.

We took our whole family to celebrate our youngest daughter's graduation from medical school. We all throughly enjoyed this fantastic property for two weeks. We have stayed at many exclusive resorts and this property ranked right up there with the best. The grounds and the views are magnificent. We'd all go back again, in a heart beat and plan to do so in the future if we are able.

There is no place like Ka Lae Kiki. It will change you...you'll find yourself dreaming about the sounds of the waves crashing, the smell of the flowers, the color of the water..the sense of peace will stay with you long after you've gone home.

There is nothing like this place. Sitting on the wide and private front porch of this home cannot be matched. You are seemingly surrounded by water, and you can't think of a reason to move. The house has every imaginable comfort, and can easily handle 8 guests effortlessly. All of the bedrooms are roomy, and all have incredible ocean views. It's a great place to stay on the sunniest part of the most beautiful of all of the Hawaiian islands.

"My husband and I, along with 14 relatives, experienced a family reunion like no other. All was quiet and exquisitely peaceful, except for the crashing surf. The minute we arrived our children took one look at the turf-like grass and ran and rolled on its softness. They were even more delighted when they discovered your natural sea pool. The rooms were comfortable and capacious. Before bed we'd gather on the back porch and sip white wine while the children hunted for frogs in the moonlight. This is one of the few places in the world where you can spend your time doing nothing, and yet feel like you've had a full day"

"Your own corner of paradise, somewhere between peaceful tranquility and utter nirvana, Ka Lae Kiki is a retreat unlike any other. Like the gentle tradewinds constantly blowing through your hair, Ka Lae Kiki makes the island utopia of Kauai even more so. It is one of the few places where I have truly been able to unwind and feel like I've vacationed."

There might be a better place on earth to take your loved ones on a vacation but, if so, that place would be truly heaven. This house and location are magnificent. It has four bedrooms each of which has its own view and environment so everyone can retreat without being all over each other. The main great room and kitchen are wonderful and the house opens up to give you the feel of being in the open Hawaiian breezes. We often do some cooking either indoor or outside on the grille. And last but not least is the pool and the open lawn area (great for croquet). This is something which is truly unique. If I had one choice of a place to take everyone for our last vacation I'm pretty sure this would be the place.

Our family's experience at Ka Lea Kiki is one we'll never forget. We had four generations of our family at the home and everyone had a great time and enjoyed a relaxing and beautiful week. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with others.

"This is an absolutely gorgeous and magical spot. We feel so fortunate to have stayed here to celebrate our family and our husband, dad, grandpa's 60th birthday. We had many fine moments on your front lawn and in the pool. The view is spectacular. We will always remember this place."

"From touring the island to cooking meals in your beautiful kitchen. And not the least was enjoying mai tais on the lanai, looking at the sunset and watching the Spouting Horn do its thing. Any superlatives I could think of about the house would be true. The site is one of the most beautiful on the island and it is not only well appointed, but is a friendly house to enjoy. Thank you for sharing it with us."

"Paradise! What a wonderful way to spend Christmas and New Years. We have 2 small children and spent a lot of time at Poipu Beach. Shave ice and Brenneckes bodysurfing were a big treat for the kids. From the house we saw whales, turtles, and dolphins. We loved it and this beautiful spot and warn climate. Returning to Alaska will be a bit of an adjustment!"
