This house is a great place for a family get away or for a few couples. It is spacious, open and lots of windows. The view from most windows is of the surrounding wooded area. The house is situated in a cul-desac so it allows for some added privacy! There is also a screened in porch out back with a long table - perfect for steamed crabs and beer! The location makes you feel like you're tucked away but you are actually very close to everything you'll need. We loved it and will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Berlin:
Fell in love with the Glen Riddle development when we vacationed here. We especially loved the security of the gated community, the Glen Riddle Clubhouse and the feeling of family. Initially we were going to buy a house but decided to build as we could add all the unique benefits that we were looking for.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Open floor plan. Screened in private sunporch that backs to scenic woods. Ceramic showers with granite sink tops and soaking tubs. Walk in closets in Master bedrooms. First floor Master has french doors as well as a door leading to sun porch. Library with crown molding and 10 foot ceilings. Only minutes from the ocean but without all the traffic and noise.
