About the owner: We purchased the home pre construction as an investment. The home is in excellent condition and has been rented sporadically to a corporate entity. We moved to the area in 2000 from MI after retiring from General Motors.
Why the Owner Chose Bellamar at Beachwalk:
We chose this area due to the close proximity of beaches and islands. The community is gated and relatively new. We can walk to Publix, Target, coffee shops, etc. We are within 10 minutes to Healthpark hospital and the Police Station and EMS are right next door! This is a highly desirable area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the fact we have three bedrooms in a condo. Most communities offer 1 and 2 bedroom units. The tiled lanai makes it private for enjoying coffee in your jammies. The second floor view is nice and nobody on top of us.
