The Scarlett Canyon villa is our newest villa for 2007 and one of our most prestigious properties to date. It is new to rental market and we have just started to open up for bookings for 2007.

The Scarlett Canyon villa is a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property, lavishly furnished throughout, with a southwest flair in the living areas and modern comfort and style in the bedrooms. It has a large games room which hosts a pool table, Vegas-style gaming table, and a professional dartboard. The games room opens up to a balcony seating area which provides unobstructed views of the desert and mountains to the north of the valley.

The open kitchen features a breakfast bar and seating area and is equipped with all major appliances as well as counter appliances including a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, etc. The family room has a large gathering area boasting a 42 inch Plasma TV and DVD, a large fireplace, and designer couches. The formal dining room has a stunning southwest hand crafted old world dining table with eight chairs, ideal for hosting a celebration dinner party.

The bedrooms comprise a huge master with king set, two oversized queen sets, and one children's bedroom with two twins. It is a two level property and features lots of open space (3500 square feet) and is located in a brand new housing subdivision nestled in the foothills. This luxury property has a huge resort-style backyard with a large diving pool which is fenced for safety. The yard also compromises a large patio seating area with a gas barbecue, large grass play area and featured lighting. The yard offers stunning views of the desert and mountains far beyond the local area.
