Our home's interior has been completely renovated from top to bottom. It features brand new granite counter tops, cabinets and appliances in kitchen. Brand new Mexican Saltillo tile has been installed on the floor throughout the home. We have brand new bathroom tiles, sinks, showers and a Restoration Hardware mahogany vanity in the Master Bath. We have 1 luxurious cal king in the master, 1 room with brand new Pottery Barn bunk beds, and 1 room with a daybed, crib, and cot. Because the shortest lease is 3 months, additional beds and furnishings by the renter is optional.
There is also a top of the line washer and dryer available in a separate room off of the kitchen with extra storage space perfect for bikes, surfboards, boogie boards or even a small scooter. For your convenience there is a small patio area perfect for grilling over looking a huge near acre yard.

About the owner: My husband and I currently live in Savannah, GA with our 6 kids: 3 girls, 1 boy and 2 dogs. I am an NYU grad. with a BFA in the Arts and my husband is a West Point graduate. I am currently in the process of opening a gift and furnishings store in Savannah, GA called Summer Home and my husband is an entrepreneur who does business in the States and Brazil.
Why the Owner Chose Atlantic Beach:
We fell in love with the Atlantic Beach community because of its beautiful beaches, family friendly environment and the many activities and laid back lifestyle the community has to offer. It has a 5 star rating for Pet Friendliness, Parks and Recreation, Cleanliness and Walkability. As much as we love the lifestyle, work and family does not allow us to spend as much time as we would like to there, and so we are hoping to share the home with responsible tenants who will share our appreciation of the property and it's location.

The 1 minute walk onto the soft sandy beach and the 1 mile bike ride to our favorite pizza joint, Starbucks and local bar for drinks at Sunset says it all.
