Situated on the new Liberty Village at Eagle Pointe on the waters edge overlooking a central lake our beautiful new Florida home is perfectly located for your Florida vacation. Our villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a lovely area of natural beauty, yet only a few minutes drive from the many shops and restaurants on route 192. Disney World and many other attractions of this wonderful part of Florida.
The villa has modern system of heating in the winter and air conditioning for the long summer months. A high chair & travel crib are provided for our younger guests. All rooms have beautiful designer furnishings and decor. The villa is fully-equipped with bed linens and towels, china, crockery, and kitchen utensils. There is a utility room with large washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer.
As well as the pool facing southwest a big plus for our villa is the spa, just picture yourself, with a long cool drink relaxing in the hot tub after a long day at the parks, watching the sunset over the lake. Your own bit of Florida paradise!

Hi Martin- It was sure a pleasure staying at your home, we all fell in love with the house. The only problem we all had was, that we had to fly home..lol.. We loved seeing the 2 ducks come up to the lanai everyday and the white bird that was always walking around. We bought some airbeds and enjoyed using them in the pool. We certainly will keep you in mind for friends and family and ourselves for future stays. Take care Heather and Rick

Hi Martin, We stayed in your villa for 2 weeks, commencing Friday 23rd July. We would just like to give some feedback on our experience. We have been to Florida 4 times now and on one occasion have been burgulled. We felt extremely safe, due to the burgular alarm and security system on the patio doors. The hot tub was a fantastic extra for us and we used it every evening after a busy day at the parks. The villa was ideally situated and never had any problems with the management company. We found them extremely helpful and friendly. On one occassion we contacted them and they were at the door within 30 minutes. We would deffinately recommend you to our friends and family and will definately be going back to your villa in the near future. We thought the villa was wonderful. It was a pleasure to return to the villa and sit in the hot tub after a long day at the theme parks. The computer was a real bonus as we had a problem with our theme park tickets so we had to send a few e-mails off to get them sorted out. The girls were on face book often, it was a bit too much to expect them to go without a computer for two weeks. I'm not sure what we are doing next year but if we are going to Orlando your villa will be first on our list. Many Thanks Keith and Linda
