If you want a great house with everything you need this is it! We stayed here for almost a month in 2011at Xmas. We had friends from Oklahoma come and visit and stay, then we spent Xmas there with our son, his wife and our 2 grandchildren and decorated the house as though it was ours! We bought a home of our own in this area because it is so great there and we needed a place to stay until ours was ready to move in. We felt like Chet's home was ours during the stay! We moved over to our home but just had to come back when Chet and Sydney came down so we could meet these great people in person. This year while we were still trying to make our permanent move to Quail, we called Chet again to see if we could borrow his garage while our garage floor was being worked on. He would not even charge us for that and we kept our car there for well over a week. So come try it! Golf course, great Restaurant at the Club, lots of walking trails or use Chet's Golf Cart! Swimming pool is heated and there is always something going on at the ClubHouse! Everything you need for a great stay is at Chet and Sydney's house! You will find it all just as described and always well kept and clean!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We have come over from New Mexico and stayed at the house every year for the last 5 years. It has been so nice and accomodating that we bought the house next door. About the owner: Chet & Syd are life long residents of the Northwest who love the high desert and green valley. We also enjoy the Ocean and have a condo on the Pacific in Washington. We have designed our Quail Creek home so that all our guests have every amenity they would have at their own home. We have yet to have one dis-satisfied guest. Come enjoy and do let us know about your trip.
Why the Owner Chose Quail Creek:
Quail Creek is the only real secure country club in the immediate area. The surrounding amenities within the development are superb, the prices are reasonable and the restaurant has great food. If you enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, biking, new exercise facility or just plain relaxation, it's all here. The landscape/Mountains are beautiful. The temperature is just right and it's a quick trip to everything within Green Valley/Tucson area.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our Quail Creek home has been equipped to the same standards as our own home. It's fully stocked with everything but the food you will use. There is a computer with DSL service. 3 - cable hooked up televisions. Fenced, covered back patio with outside eating and lounge chairs. Gas barbecue. There is a large community clubhouse with library, games etc.. 27 holes of championship golf. driving range. 2 pools, 4 tennis courts and Bocci ball courts and very nice restaurant & lounge.
