Fully furnished and equipped 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home on the private, gated, and secure Callawassie Island Club. Two bedrooms contain King beds, one has a Queen, and another has twin beds. The galley kitchen has all appliances and cookware/dishes as well as kitchen staples, gas grill, & a view of both the golf course and a lagoon. This place is terrific! Recently stayed here as part of a 3 couple golfing weekend. Villa is very spacious and everything was very clean and very well maintained. No one felt "cramped" with 6 people staying in one villa. One of the guys is a gourmet cook and even made us a fabulous dinner while we were there and was very impressed that the kitchen was so well equipped. The owner is very accomodating and could not be easier to work with. Everyone was so pleased that our group wants me to check on times for a golf outing in the spring. (Can't wait to have cocktail hour on the screened porch overlooking that beautiful lagoon and golf course!)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We have vacationed here for the past 8 yrs. While drawn to Callawassie originally because of the outstanding golf course, we have enjoyed the low country life style, the indigenous wildlife, and the marshlands as well.
Why the Owner Chose Callawassie Island:
We are offering this home for rental for the first time in over 10 years. It perfectly accommodates 3 or 4 couples, a foursome of golfers, or large families. Each bedroom has its own adjacent full bathroom, offering privacy and convenience.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Guests are able to utilize all of the facilities and services of The Callawassie Club including tennis, swimming pools, river access for shrimping and kayaking, and, most uniquely, GOLF. One couple receives unlimited greens fees for the entire rental period, while other guests may play at reduced rates.
