The Buccaneer Ginger Villa offers total privacy and is located within the gated enclave of Buccaneer Bay Resort, the island’s most desirable neighborhood and offers secure privacy for the most discerning of villa guests.. Completely air-conditioned with individual room climate control, the Ginger Villa features two air conditioned bedrooms and one air conditioned master suite with two bathrooms and an outside shower in the main house. Attached to the main house is a private guest ensuite complete with its own kitchen amenities. In the main house, within the spacious great room, the kitchen sits adjacent to a living and dining area which opens to a shady verandah overlooking the pool deck and outdoor dining space. These common areas of the Ginger Villa provide perfect spaces to dine and entertain among your family and friends. The villa is beautifully furnished in a modern décor, is completely air-conditioned and sleeps a party of up to eight persons. The Ginger Villa is a non smoking, no pets allowed villa and rates are from $2300.00 to $4900.00 per week.
Every detail of the Ginger Villa is immaculate, from the travertine marble entryway to the pool. A modern island décor of bright white and gentle yellow gives the villa a clean, warm and island feeling. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is aesthetically pleasing throughout with very high vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and rich marble bathrooms and floors. The Ginger Villa including the guest suite is over 3700 sq feet of living space, covered and open patios with an outside shower near the pool to wash off the sand after a day at the nearby Shoys white sandy beach.
Among many contemporary conveniences, Ginger Villa with its brand new amenities features privacy shaded by the local Ginger Thomas trees that line the street as you approach the House. The property is encompassed by meticulously groomed landscaping, including tall palm trees and vividly colored tropical flora within the lush tropical garden scenery. And, inside the Buccaneer development, one can take a 2 minute stroll to the famous Shoys white sandy Beach (the best beach on the island), or take a 1 minute drive to the Buccaneer Resort restaurant, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and spa facilities. Also, the Danish colonial town of Christiansted is minutes away. A minimum of 7 days is required to stay at the Ginger House with a check in time at 3:00 pm and check out time at 11:00 am.
The home is furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Villa is cleaned prior to check in; Mid-stay maid service is provided with rentals of 7 nights or more, with 3 or more guests. Rates do not include 10% USVI Hotel Tax and $250.00 exit clean up fee. 50% of the rental payment is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Lease agreement is required.
