This a modern condo with one master bedroom with a King size bed and a full bathroom. The couch in the living room converts into a queen sized bed and there is a blow up queen sized mattress available upon request. There is a living room with a LCD TV, DVD player with cable and a DVD collection, WiFi, dining room, modern kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped. There is a bus stop in front of the house and is very close to the University of Texas and the Hospital. The condo resides right next to a 24 hour coffee bar/cafe and very close to top restaurants and pubs in a beautiful neighborhood! A welcome package waits upon your arrival, and if there is anything we can do to suit your needs beforehand let us know! Enjoy your stay!

Five girls (mid 20's to early 30's) came up for a bachelorette party and stayed here and loved it! First of all, Sarah is so sweet and accommodating. She even had snacks and wine waiting for us! The place was so clean and exactly as pictured. With the king size bed, cute couch (that's surprisingly really comfortable!) that transitions to a bed, and blow up mattress we had tons of room! The kitchen had all of the essentials to make meals, which we did both nights and mornings. About a $10 cab ride away from downtown. Would recommend to couples and groups of people who don't need privacy (there is 1 bedroom)- and since it's on the 3rd floor without an elevator, would not recommend to elderly or disabled. Definitely would stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We stayed here for Valenitne's day to get out of San Antonio. Sarah could not have been more friendly! The condo was fabulous and decorated really stylish, and was just near downtown so a cab was very cheap. This was way better then staying in a hotel, plus our dog was allowed to stay. Will definitely stay again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I have learned a lot about the city so I can be helpful with pointing you in the right direction, if needed! I love to travel myself and experience different cultures, so I love meeting new people. I have 5 dogs and 3 cats and know how hard it can be to travel with them, so I like to accommodate them as well.
