Sterling Breeze is one of Panama City Beaches newest and nicest 'boutique style' resorts. Located on the Western end of Panama City's sandy white beach, Sterling Breeze is located just a 1/3 mile from Pier Park, one of Northwest's Florida's premiere shopping, dining and entertainment complex's.
Upon entry to the Sterling Breeze complex, the lobby features beautiful granite waterfalls with black couches surrounding coy ponds. You can watch the flat panel tv's or walk into the wine bar that overlooks the beachfront pool and ocean. Our infinity edge pool is surrounded by travertine marble. Sterling Breeze also features a jacuzzi tub... for unwinding after a long walk on the beach as well as a fire pit on the deck of the pool for relaxing with family on a cool Spring or Fall evening.
Our 8th floor condominium has breathtaking views of the Gulf. The unit has a King bed in the Master suite with a flat screen TV. The bathroom is beautiful, decorated with limestone tile in the shower along with European glass doors. A set of bunk beds in the hallway is perfect for the little ones with a custom bathroom next to the bunk beds. The kitchen features high end cabinetry with granite tops, a walk in washer dryer room, and breathtaking views of the gulf while making dinner or enjoying an afternoon cocktail. We recently purchased beautiful new furniture, including a high end sleep sofa for the unexpected visitor. In room, secured wireless internet included. Our condo also features 9 ft. ceilings and can sleep up to 6, however 2 - 5 is ideal. We offer some of the best rates along the beach, with no hidden resort fee's that you will find with many condominium complexes. Additionally, you can always email us for any special last minute rate requests. We had a chance for a last minute beach trip and The condo just happened to be available for our dates. Lucky us! Vicki was so easy to deal with. The condo had beautiful new furnishings and was clean and comfortable. We liked having a starter supply of paper products, soaps in bathrooms and dish detergent. Those little extras do count. If you want a vacation with ease this is the place to stay! Thanks for sharing your new beach home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The Giles Family stayed for Spring Break Week at the condo. We loved it. The grill on the deck is a must have - it is so fun cooking on the grill while watching the ocean. There is a lot to do within walking distance. We had our 2 teenage girls and they found plenty to do. Our son, age 10, did the skim boarding the entire time. On our rainy day we drove to a mall in Panama City. Must visit Rum Runners. Good food and really fun dueling pianos. Favorite place to eat was Hook'd on the beach. Great food and drinks and the best view of the ocean. Scampy's was another place we ate and it was great food with lots of left overs. The waiter, a local, was the nicest guy I have ever met. Just wanted to give two thumbs up to Mark & Vicki for a wonderful stay at their condo. The keypad entry makes check-in a breeze. No need to deal with the front desk. This unit is very modern, close to lots of shopping/dining/attractions, and located right on the beach!. We found Mark, the owner, very helpful, very available and concerned about meeting our needs. We found the built-in electric grill on the balcony to be a real plus. There's nothing better than flipping burgers or grilling chicken breasts while sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset. Loved Mardi Gras - the parades, the costumes and the fireworks. One of the highlights of Pier Park for us was Happy Hour at "The Back Porch". A bucket of beer was $10, appetizers were $5. We highly recommend the firecracker shrimp!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a relaxing time in this wonderful condo over looking the gulf. The description of the condo was spot on it was like new, very well furnished and had everything that we were looking for in a one bedroom condo. The pool was very nice and heated so you were able use it in January. It felt good to use the hot tub and it was a large size. The Pier Mall was right down the road and we walked to it a number of times to eat or just stroll. There's a fun restaurant close by Dusty's Bar and we had good oysters and you can tell that the locals go there too for good food.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

BEAUTIFUL,CLEAN, RELAXING! This place has everything we could want or need and beyond! It is so much better than even the pictures show! One of the most peaceful and enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to anyone I loved and trusted....only, not when we want to be there! ; ) We plan to make this our stay for many years to come. AMAZING property and LOVELY condo and owners alike! About the owner: We reside in Cincinnati, OH and have 2 kids. Some of our best family memories took place on the emerald coast with family vacations. We always looked forward to vacationing on the white, sandy beaches NW Florida has to offer...the beach is 2nd to none!

We recentlly bought this condo after a discussion with a friend and a visit to the area. One visit and we were sold...beautiful boutique type property...reminds me of properties in South Beach.
