This affordable townhome is the perfect vacation accommodation for small families, couples and singles alike. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen and save the additional meal costs of a hotel stay.
Main Level:
The lodge-like open floorplan is decorated in a western theme with rustic wall finishes and lots of historical bits of pieces throughout. A leather camel-back sofa and wicker lounge and ottoman are set before a forest green tiled hearth with a wood-burning stove. An oak entertainment center houses a TV with cable and VCR/ DVD, stereo system with CD player and an assortment of board games, kids movies and playing cards. There is also a small library of hardback and paperback novels for your down time. Enjoy spectacular views from the large picture window and the adjoining entry deck.
Open to the living room, the dining area and kitchen are joined by solid oak flooring. The kitchen features an electric stove with a smokeless grill/range. Other kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, solid oak cabinetry and under cabinet lighting. You'll find a blender, mixer, cookbooks a generous assortment of jarred spices, a coffee maker, coffee grinder, crockpot and dishware for 6 persons. The oak dining table seats 6 and includes a center leaf.
Upper Level:
The master bedroom is complete with a queen size custom log bed (sleeps 2), large closet with dresser, TV, deck and spectacular mountain views.
The open bunk area has a set of twin bunk beds (sleeps 2), dresser and a private deck.
The oversized bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer are also on this level.
On the third level is an enclosed loft with a queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, large closet, TV/DVD and mountain views. The loft is not recommended for small children.

So glad we ended up here! We've loved every minute. ....We all enjoyed having our own space but congregated mostly downstairs. The view was amazing! We've loved Breckenridge for years but this was our favorite place to stay. We got a kick out of the chattering squirrels out back and the two fox that we met up with. .....We went white water rafting in Beuna Vista and horseback riding and the Alpine Slide was open. We'll come visit again - hopefully a different season to enjoy. Thanks for your hospitality. We cooked alot and enjoyed that Olathe sweet corn.Did you find this review helpful? What a great place to stay! Breck, Keystone etc really easy to get to by bus. Really convenient bus stop! Great way of going out in the evenings. Skiing was great - although the US meaning of icy is very different to the European! ....Many Many Thanks for renting out such a super place!Did you find this review helpful? Cancellation policy:
Minimum 3 night rental, 5 nights during Christmas periods. Reservations for fewer nights are sometimes available depending on the short openings between regular reservations. A cleaning surcharge of $120.00 may be added for stays of less than the minimum required. Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. on your arrival date. If you anticipate arriving early, please call me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate your early arrival. Check-out time on your day of departure is at or before 11:00 am. Cancellations: All monies excluding the damage deposit are non-refundable unless the space is rebooked. Sorry, no pets. Rental includes cleaning prior to arrival plus a clean set of fresh linens and 6 sets of towels. There is a washer/dryer for your personal use. Insufficient funds checks will be assessed a $37.00 fee. Rental includes parking permits for two vehicles only. THE RIGHT IS RESERVED TO REFUND ALL MONIES IF WESTERN RIDGE BECOMES UNAVAILABLE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
