The villa consists of 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, balcony and gardens. It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. You do not have to bring anything, only your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the villa such as towels, dinnerware, kitchen appliances such as oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. Bathrooms include toiletries and have hot water. The villa includes two parking spaces and is close to the Club House where you can walk and take the shuttle that brings you to the hotel. First of all Luis is an awesome host. This was my first time renting something like this, I was very skeptical. Luis answered all my questions prior to arrival, I felt sorry for him because I asked 101 questions. Luis meet us the day we arrived and showed us everything, the villa was beautiful! This was home away from home! Me and my husband along with our 15month old daughter and my Gma stayed in the villa. It was very spacious for all of us! We enjoyed everything about the villa. We were a short drive to everything! The golf cart is awesome to take around, explore the grounds or just to take to the pool. Luis has everything you could possibly need! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit PR again! I would recommend this to everyone! Thanks Luis for being so great and providing a wonderful place to stay for our family! I want to say that this villa was beyond my expectations. It's located in Rio Grande. We were able to parasail, jet skii, ATV, zip line, tour Old San Juan, ferries everything was very close. The villa was clean and neat and much bigger than expected. It was just the 2 of us and there was much room. We had breakfast outside every morning which overlooked the golf course. Golf cart was fun. We enjoyed the villa and our stay in Puerto Rico.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have to say by far this place is Great the owner Luis is amazing he was able to met all my golds for this vacation to be great. The unit is breath taking, very elegant in taste and style. I travel to Puerto Rico often and Rio Mar is by far one of the nice's and secure places on the Island. Rio Mar is a place to relax and enjoy its a very quiet place and after a long day on the island is the perfect place to go to where you won't be bother with any loud noise. I will rent this unit again when I return back to the Island. Thank you Luis for being such a great host. Gracias Luis por todo que dios te bendiga. ****DIANARecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
