Beautiful view, quiet location. Great pool and very close to the beach we could walk if we wanted to or take the tram. The food down at the beach is wonderful, try the blackened mahi. The pool and hot tub are very nice. We loved going to Downtown Naples to eat and shop. Great location close to everything!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: I would agree that the Sandpiper Beach Club has the best Blackened Mahi. It's our favorite lunch too! Sometimes you can catch a glimpse of the dolphins while you're having breakfast or lunch! Hyde Park is in a great location too, across from the tennis courts and you can walk to the beach or take a tram. Unless you're going downtown, you don't even need to get in your car! Of course if you're shopping, that's a different story! : ) Waterside shops, The Outlet Mall, The Mercato, Fifth Street shops, Third Street shops and all the fabulous restaurants within minutes. Naples is truly paradise and we're so happy to share our Home away from Home. Please ask if you want any recommendations or have any questions.

Monthly rate is $5300 min. 90 days. $500 disc Sept, Oct, Nov. Renter pays 6% State tax and 4% Collier County tax in addition to monthly fee. Renter pays $125 cleaning fee and $1500 security deposit, refundable when keys are returned and upon inspection of any damage. Owner pays Pelican Bay membership fee to access the Private Beach and restaurants. Owner pays Hyde Park Condo fee, cable and high-speed internet.
