This home has 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. It is set up with 1 king bed, 3 queen, 2 twins, and a bunk bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, spices, condiments, and just about everything you would have in your kitchen at home. Dining table seats 8, plus counter seating for 4. There is a deck out back, complete with 8 man hot-tub and also a gas, and charcoal grill. This place is great because not only are you in the perfect spot for skiing Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton, but you are also just as close to dining, shopping, and everything else. Park City is only about a 30 to 40 minute drive from here. This location really does rock! I live just a few minutes away from this property and am available if needed for anything to help make your stay more comfortable and convenient.

We had an amazing family ski trip in Utah! The house was just perfect: very comfortable, spacious, the garage was very useful to put our ski gear, and the spa was just wonderful after a day skiing the great Utah powder and mountains. The house is perfectly located to ski Alta and Snowbird; it is only a short drive. We drove to Park City on our day off and it was only a 40 minutes drive. Grocery stores, restaurants, ski shops are also very close by. And the neighborhood is very quiet. Thanks Geoffrey for sharing your house. We will recommend your house for sure! Hope to be back. We just got back from an annual ski trip and had a great time staying at this place. We had 11 people, so we were pushing the limits of the house, but we all had beds to sleep in and there was plenty of space for entertainment after a day on the mountain. I would recommend this house to a friend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great place to stay for Cottonwood area ski / board trips! Easy access to both of the Cottonwoods and everything we needed was convenient to drive to. The house itself is as described in the listing; property (inside and out) was maintained and clean, master bedroom was amazing, and there was plenty of room in the house for the six of us. Geoff was very pleasant to work with and if I visited Utah again, I'd recommend this house for sure!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Highly recommend this vacation home. Experience was simply and easy. Home was clean and nice. If you are going to Snowbird or Alta, this is the place to be! Only about 12 min drive.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family has traveled frequently to the SLC area for annual ski vacations. This is a wonderfully maintained, well stocked, comfortable home in a superb location to ski at any resort. The house was immaculate with plenty of room to spread out. The backyard has a private roomy hot tub which we used every day. The garage was great for shedding all our ski gear. Geoffrey is extremely helpful and so easy to deal with.It could not have been a better arrangement!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi. My name is Geoffrey. I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and have spent the last 12yrs living in this home. I have love it here, mostly due to its close proximity to the mountains. I am and avid snowboarder and Snowbird enthusiast. I am at a point in my life where i am ready to downsize a little bit and have decided to move to a smaller home in the same area. I am excited to offer this home up for others to enjoy as I have for so many years.
Why the Owner Chose Sandy:
I bought this house because it is so close to the canyons and everything the mountains have to offer. For me, skiing and snowboarding was the real hook. but also camping and fishing, motorcycling, rock climbing. Its just a beautiful place to be.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I like this place because it has always been a great place to entertain. It has a large kitchen/ dining area. I nice deck, with a hot tub grilling equipment, two car garage, friendly neighbors, and with 5 beds and 3 baths, it can accommodate a lot of friends, family, visitors etc.
